@linwood_barclay @Rogers We dumped Rogers a few years ago. Went over to Bell & have never had a problem. Both my wife and I work from home and I am a heavy data user. When my son lived at home, we would have three people online, no lag, no problems.

@FatrdlaLisa @Rogers They're full of bs. They were at my building and spent 3 hours doing nothing and finally decided that the issue was 350m away from our building. Which it apparently wasn't. These guys are terrible and I don't see any good change on the horizon. Just more outages....

Remember when @Rogers ported my number because I asked about a deal? Pepperidge farm remembers. That was a god damn nightmare all because I asked about service, not requested to get a number.

@rogers I cannot believe how many hours I’ve spent on phone calls and live chat trying to sort out how screwed over I’ve been when I cancelled a phone line because my partner died. Shockingly bad.
