@Rogers Hello. I just found out that you guys have been charging me for four years for a Huawei tablet that I have never even seen, let alone used. I never use tablets. Who do I speak with to get a full refund. Interest also please. I have never seen this on my bill anywhere.

Love the irony behind @RogersHelps strategic method of providing NO help or anything remotely recognizable as ethical customer service. I’ve disputed an issue for a year and I’m still getting disconnected or a dropped line with a service specialist every time. Every. Damn. Time.

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to reach your customer service for a routine billing question, and have been on hold for over 60min twice on two separate days. Seems like the approach here is - raise prices, provide worse service, show no accountability. Rinse, repeat.
