    @ChaoticFear19 @Rogers Have them check the node in your area. I had the same problem with @comcast. After I told them a few times they sent out a tech and turns out the node in the neighborhood was jacked up. Upload speeds around 20-40 mbs

Multiple times I've gotten something like "we will be sending a crew up to set the groundwork for installation within 6 months" it has never happened.
