    @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

    @barry416 @Rogers And unfortunately I'm not in Canada, so a @Rogers store isn't an option. By the way my issue is still not fixed.
