    @RogersHelps I canโ€™t even connect to a live agent for 11 days. Today I just connected to one and they said because of an internal system issue they cannot access to my account. Iโ€™m paying money for my internet and I cannot use it

    @Yuvrajsv1rk @Rogers Having the exact same issues with @Rogers 2 hours on hold (which appears to be the time limit for their hold-status) and then told by the automated voice to call back another time and disconnected. Did you get anything resolved?

    My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home.

    @Rogers Client spent 2hrs on hold. Agent failed to help. Client is a Senior, can't use his MyRogers or Email. His life is in LIMBO as he cannot do Banking / Healthcare now. Tried to help him, after 2hrs on hold we could not go further. 4hrs of his day on hold, ZERO RESULTS.

    Iโ€™m telling ya @RogersHelps Iโ€™m losing patient โ€ฆ how long does it take to get a SIM issue fixed .. Iโ€™m not getting any updates .. nobody even bother to call to tell me of the status .. what made it worst your bloody IVR sucks โ€ฆ no one answer on the other end and after 2 hours of waiting it just hung up .. and itโ€™s the same with the chat feature on your bloody web or chat โ€ฆ Iโ€™ve been without my phone access for almost a week now โ€ฆ and @HedyFry this is what we have to go through with @rogerrwireless

    @Rogers @RogersHelps how do we get a hold of technical support? Been on hold for 30 mins, and Virtual Assistant is useless
