Thanks @Rogers... I just love having to reboot my modem every few hours AGAIN to keep my service up and running. Is it too much to ask that my connection be stable and reliable? This is becoming a regular thing in my area. You are the most unreliable network in Canada.

@RogersHelps so I’ve been waiting for a support specialist to greet me on live chat for about an hour. How long am I expected to wait in front of my computer for someone to respond? Bell at least tells you how many people are ahead of you.

C'mon @Rogers! Every 30 - 120 minutes my internet goes down at least for a moment, but 5 times tonight it's gone down such that I had to walk across the house and into the sub-basement to physically reboot the modem. I honestly can't wait for @Bell to roll out a true fibre!
