@RogersHelps Maybe be more transparent with your subscribers? I had to wait an hour to talk to a senior manager. He knew exactly what the problem is and the exactly radius. Meanwhile you have your reps telling people to reboot modems. Wasting everyone’s time. #rogers #rogersoutage

To anyone using Rogers internet and having issues, just switch to Bell or TekSavvy. Rogers is too big of a company to care about you. @RogersHelps @rogers
