@mattgallowaycbc There’s one thing more stressful, watching it on @Rogers Ignite and having it freeze as the kicker is bringing his foot back. Damn service went down for 5 minutes three times during the match too. Missed two regulation time goals as a result. Time to get a new service, I think

@Rogers No. It’s a pointless waste of my time. I’ve already checked everything on my end. I’m a freaking expert because of your so-called reliable service. Upgrade YOUR end, so customers aren’t constantly interrupted and inconvenienced.

@Rogers @RogersMediaPR a Rogers-Cantel client for over 36 yrs. Over $100,000 spent & you won't match, not beat, a web offer from a competitor. Your senior mgmt needs to re-take biz 101 and re-learn about 1) customer loyalty 2) cost of churn and 3) client acquisition costs.
