  @RogersHelps Would removing the pod while printing remove the problem? We have a split level house and without the pod, my son in the basement has no wifi. So removing the pod entirely is not a long term solution.

  @RogersHelps Your customer service is the worst of the worst. I was at a Roger's store yesterday and they helped me send an email to the complaints department. Said they would contact me in 24hrs. I was at the store yesterday morning and still no callback 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  @GeesDubb @Rogers I have spent the last 5 days trying to get through!!! Over 7 hours of waiting on the phone with no one coming on! I just don't know what is going on. I need to talk to someone with an issue I'm having!! As soon as my plan is up I'm leaving Rogers! I've had enough!!
