@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

@RogersHelps I am on a Rogers cell plan. For whatever reason service has gotten significantly worse in my area this week, whether I am in town or not.

If Rogers could get service in at least one town in haldimand county that’d be cool.... @RogersHelps

Omg @Rogers talk about a negative customer experience. 3 calls where each employee had no idea what they were doing and definitely not thinking while do ing their job!! #brainwashed #nodeal #customeris2nd

@RogersHelps the amount of time I’ve had to spend trying to correct a billing error you made is ridiculous. I have been on hold for over an hour and the online queue is just as bad. Please provide better options for customers to resolve issues.

@CanadianNunya @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the reasons why I left Rogers 7 years ago. Was a customer for 19 years at the time.

@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers @RogersHelps Are they legally obligated to provide a human to address the complaint or my billing inquiry?

  • Ady_Co

@RogersHelps Yes it shows that my area is down. However it doesn’t explain why my cell phone is operating slower than 3G!

@RogersHelps It hasn’t worked. Escalating complaint.

Hey some decency from a large corporate entity that historically has been absolutely awful to its customers. This isn't publicity or anything. Nope. Continue this behaviour, and I might change my mind @Rogers

  • TerryMac2

1 of 2: Could not be more frustrated with @Rogers. With cable, satellite and 2 phones, we spend a lot of money with them. Yet after my wife spent more than half an hour on phone to talk about consolidating our accounts, they said they couldn't help her.

  • CCintoronto

@RogersHelps No one answers tech support on the phone?!

  • FlettGordon
    Gordon Flett (@FlettGordon) reported

@lynnmercereau Rogers tried to charge us $15 for roaming charges and we never left Canada on our way to PEI. When we called them on it, the charge was reversed with no apology and the automated message made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Time to jump ship @Rogers @RogersMediaPR

  • dagdakiayaz

@RogersHelps Hi, since my landlord is not willing to help with this issue or allow me to have the drywall opened to access the Rogers cable, I’m unable to proceed with the installation. In this situation, can I cancel my internet plan without paying any cancellation or early termination fees?
