    @Rogers on the phone, trying to cancel the service for the last 30 mins. This is ridiculous. Calling second time. It’s a trap! Very bad customer service. Holding customers hostage is not the way to do business in 21st century.

    @IhateRogers @RogersHelps I have never had such bad experiences with a company in my life. Why is it that whenever you send someone to "fix" my problem you guys don't ever fix it. I lose internet all the time, high ping, packet loss etc. It is a NIGHTMARE.
