@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

Can you guys please fix the stream ? We are in 2022 cant we have a clean feed without having audio/image problems every minutes? With the amount it cost it should be the minimum to be a clean feed. @Sportsnet @RogersHelps

@Rogers just spoke with your tech support who don’t have any info as to the cause or restoration time in Stouffville. It is outrages that this continues to occur and that Rogers provides no updates. Truly considering cancelling my service as this is unacceptable.
