  • travelcanucks
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • RuthlessBC

@RogersHelps What are going to do for the Paying customer?? Today lots of Canadians are planning to register for CoVID Vaccinations...... I smell a law suit.

  • Thatmattevans
Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported from West End, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

  • MattBishopL3
Matt Bishop (@MattBishopL3) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@alankcwong @RogersHelps Why are you still on Rogers? Haven’t they proven their inability to run a reliable network?

  • 1RovingNomad
Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

@Rogers has the worst customer service of any company in north america

  • brar_drs
    Dr. BRAR (@brar_drs) reported

@RogersHelps No—my call got disconnected after waiting 1h48m. I need technical help that self-serve tools can’t fix. I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?

  • Rivirunthecity
    LastRealOneLeft (@Rivirunthecity) reported

@Rogers You ****** are retarded. i dont want to talk to some sales rep to get internet i want to pay and get it sent. like WTF is wrong with this company.

  • GolfFiendE
    Erico BOY (@GolfFiendE) reported

@RogersHelps Why do I have 3 bars of 5G yet my phone can't load a damn thing?

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

  • peggyfulcherxx
    Mary Fulcher (@peggyfulcherxx) reported

@RogersHelps 2.5 hours on the phone today. The agent says she will get someone to help as there does seem to be an issue, comes back and says..we are very busy today, call back tomorrow. HANGS UP!!! TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! FIX YOUR SYSTEM

  • HerMajestyJakO

@CanadianGrayMan To give it to the Indians. Im tired of calling their customer service to not understand a word @Rogers

  • 1295QueenVic
    29Cloverdale (@1295QueenVic) reported

@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Also hiring only Indian customer service and buying sports teams and media outlets it can’t afford

  • Ch9seFan
    Matthew Kendrick (@Ch9seFan) reported

@RaceCanada_ca @Rogers @RogersHelps I know but On TV trucks are on Fox so we shouldn't have an issue.

  • RGHall
    RH (@RGHall) reported

@pale_atlantis I have the same problem watching on my TV on @Sportsnet with @Rogers cable. Started doing it last year. Probably because everything is through stupid WiFi.
