    Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

    @KurtCiesla @SAndersonshpk @Rogers On my Virgin plan (got through Costco) the cost of the phone per month is billed separately from the cost for service per month, and will end automatically when the phone is paid for.

    .@RogersHelps Had roughly 300’ of cable replaced from utility pole to house by one of your techs on May 11. Was told 4-6 weeks for burial. It’s now October. Cable runs across our gravel driveway, which will impede snow removal service. Fix this ASAP, please. cc @TekSavvyCSR

    @RogersHelps I spent 100mins on your online chat to have a bundle that i had quoted early applied to my account. 100 mins later, the agent says, nope, can't do it. WTF is this? Why is everything so difficult?
