Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

@Rogers I am so disappointed with the customer service I just received today. I’ve been with Rogers for 15 years and there is no customer loyalty. I have an employee discount with BELL and was still willing to sign a new 2 year contract with you but my experience today was horrid

It's so disappointing to deal with @Rogers and recieve no help at all. Getting problems instead of solutions. The preferred program for employees is terrible 👎🏻

@RogersHelps technical. Just got Ignite TV last week and having trouble setting my recordings back up. For example, I record General Hospital on CITY at 2-3 and KOMO 4-5 cause sometimes there's news and I need the west coast airing. But when I set it up on KOMO then CITY it erases KOMO

@RogersHelps So your tech shows up late and says “oh I’ll give you a new modem, the one you got was a defective refurbished unit” for a new service??!! Then we try and upgrade our package to a special offer visible on our login to which your phone support cannot see and won’t do! Off to Bell!
