For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. I gave her directions twice and it didn't make a difference. She wouldn't respond to my messages at all. Instacart said they don't take care of this.
