  • Nacho__Bizniz Nacho_Bizniz (@Nacho__Bizniz) reported

@fionaross15 @birgitomo @Rogers It's not just 'who' runs these communications systems, it's how many there are available to choose from. If one goes down, we should have a service in the home from another provider. eg: Internet with Bell; phone with Telus. You can still communicate if one goes down.

  • lafolliaumana La Follia Umana (@lafolliaumana) reported

It’s time for essential services (think banking and @interact [bad choice of pic, btw!]) to move outside any service provided by the squalor that is @rogers Banks and any payments provider should rely on separate, independently run networks to avoid disasters like last weekend!

  • footiecanada Sean (@footiecanada) reported

@Rogers My Ignite cable still isn't working properly. Sound goes out, it pauses, pvr recordings (which is almost all i do) don't work. We're on day 5 and counting. Plus my cel phone didn't work and internet is slow. Curious what this "compensation" will be.

  • fivefortheDr DavisDrive Newmarket (@fivefortheDr) reported

So @RogersHelps is gonna give around $20 credit but if you call to cancel your service they will give you $50 to stay . So it costs you $30 to be a nice person .

  • darbo66 Dar (@darbo66) reported

Still having #rogersoutage internet & cable issues. Lagging, stop & restart..Gets worse around 10pm until early morning… @Rogers

  • NishaNoble7 Nisha Noble (@NishaNoble7) reported

@RogersHelps hi, I would appreciate a response. No point having wifi when many work applications won't work because of DNS problems. I'm forced to buy additional data on my phone!

  • Kyle_Noronha Kyle Noronha (@Kyle_Noronha) reported

Got my apology email from @Rogers about the outage on Friday. It however doesn’t explain why my internet is currently down…

  • darcy_mcmaster theshortdude (@darcy_mcmaster) reported

@LeezerShort @Thomas_Howden @RogersHelps Can soundly say the "fix" was not deployed here either

  • EcoDecoARORA Natasha ARORA #JEDI (@EcoDecoARORA) reported

@CBCNews "We will proactively credit your account for Friday’s outage. This credit will be automatically applied and no action is required from you. [...] We let you down on Friday. You have my personal commitment that we will do better." #TonySTAFFIERI @Rogers
