  • MattBishopL3 Matt Bishop (@MattBishopL3) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@alankcwong @RogersHelps Why are you still on Rogers? Haven’t they proven their inability to run a reliable network?

  • Thatmattevans Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported from West End, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

  • travelcanucks Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • 1RovingNomad Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

  • jessibpower Jessi Power (@jessibpower) reported

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I do have a hypothetical question for you, and you don't have to answer. But if this had been a power outage, would you be seeking compensation from the power company? I just haven't heard of people trying to do that before... But maybe this will set the precedent.

  • Sukadika2 Sukadika (@Sukadika2) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers My internet is still down. Stop lying

  • RochelleV2 Rochelle Coleman (@RochelleV2) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers How about you start with actually restoring service…36 hours and counting…. Such an epic fail

  • can_twitr 🇨🇦 Howie 💉💉💉Lem (@can_twitr) reported

@RogersHelps. It seems there are still issues with television service in Toronto. I'm seeing choppy video & audio keeps cutting out on my ignite service. The internet is working, but streaming has some lag too. The roll out was not poorly executed! heads gotta roll.

  • SaugaTed Ted Barton (@SaugaTed) reported

@RogersHelps Still no internet service in East Misissauga #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • MichaelRenePics Mikey (@MichaelRenePics) reported

There’s a lot of words here, but it still says nothing. They even said the same crap last year. “We can and will do better” uh huh 🙄 I need more than just two days credit please @Rogers. How lame is that?! @RogersHelps

  • Boberts83 Andrew Roberts (@Boberts83) reported

@RogersHelps Are you aware your services are still not working? Make a statement you incompetent fools.

  • JeffBarclayCPA Jeff Barclay (@JeffBarclayCPA) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Ignite not working properly with many channels not available and the few that are keep freezing and blacking out. Hamilton Ontario.

  • BD007Marky Global Agenda (@BD007Marky) reported

My @Rogers @RogersHelps bill is $242.00 a month for WiFi, Ignite TV and Cell. We just went over 30 hours without any service and now that it has come back the wifi is slow and the Ignite TV keeps stalling in and out of picture with no sound. Is this the new service? #rogersoutage

  • LLynneIrwin Lynne Irwin (@LLynneIrwin) reported

@RNtherapist @CheriDiNovo @Rogers A lot of things should not be impacted but it happens. We can either stay calm or we can run about with our heads cut off. Hubby was becoming rather agitated earlier because of this but I think that I have him calmed down. There is nothing that can be done until they fix it.
