@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

@RogersHelps Better give out a financial compensation for the outage today, myself and many others at my job rely on phone service to do our job and thus could not work for 6 hours today. Unless our missed time and $ is valued, we will be changing providers
