    Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

    @RogersHelps My mom's tv box was upgraded, but tech didn't put cc back on. Techs are in her bldg upgrading everyone until Feb 15. Asked Thurs am for BOH to have tech go back & put cc back on-haven't heard back. She's 89, hearing probs, has cancer & Parkinson's. Can you pls help?

    When @rogers apparently pulls its cable tech specialists off help line for "internal issue" leaving customers on hold for 7 hours only to be told to call back on Saturday, a helpful tweet from communications dept. should be a priority to service customers @EdwardSRogers

    @Rogers Oh, and no he’s not able to at least come and get our internet going. AND he has no idea when we’ll be rescheduled, but it’s closed tomorrow. HOW IS THIS KIND OF NON-SERVICE EVEN POSSIBLE? Wouldn’t be tolerated in any other business.

    @RogersHelps Home internet Down since 6 hours. No service representative available since 3 hours and no reply on the live chats. One of the most expensive services out there in the world and absolutely garbage service.
