@RogersHelps Aug 2 8-10am, which is the monday of a long weekend, I WON'T BE HOME!!! No one called even though I was assured that they always call back. Then I have to call, got hung up on, have to call back, only to find out there's nothing more they can do. So I spoke with 8 service reps

What information do you put on your phone's locked screen to positively identify it if it's lost? I include my full legal name(matches government ID), my current phone number, the current date, time and my service provider. @RogersHelps anything else that I'm missing?

@22mellie @RogersHelps I had the same problem in Oshawa, and so did others I know and I was blown off by fb messenger support that there was "no outage"
