@RogersHelps mass outage = no tv, home phone or internet. Thankfully I have a decent data package & don’t have to work from home, but I know several ppl in my area that do & the fact that the outage started around 11 & they didn’t start on the issue until 3 is appalling.

  • cH40zLord Kai Eichinger (@cH40zLord) reported

@ow @Rogers On the other hand, Vodafone is supposed to allow you to freely transfer them between your phones w/o having to call into their phone hotline or any **** like that. As soon as my contract is up for renewal, I'll go with Vodafone if Deutsche Telekom doesn't get its **** together

  • geraldine637 Geraldine C (@geraldine637) reported

@RogersHelps how do I fix my screen? Was on guide then went to exit now half the screen is gone

  • LELOtheArtist lelo (@LELOtheArtist) reported

@RogersHelps the internet hasnt been working and I'm not sure why because it doesn't show that there are outages in the area. Please help.

  • brock_morrell Brock Morrell (@brock_morrell) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks for trying help @Rogershelps. I've sent a DM only to be told the same thing. If I don't live in an area with Pro-On-The-Go, not only can I not use the service, I also can not enjoy the same savings offered like $100's of dollars in savings. Great idea, bad execution.

  • craigreidel Craig Reidel (@craigreidel) reported

@RogersHelps any chance you are aware of an internet outage affecting Westvale area in Waterloo? Modem just stopped connecting to you guys about 15-20 min ago. Unplugged and restarted twice, still nothing.

@ow @Rogers Had the same issue in the UK with EE

  • cH40zLord Kai Eichinger (@cH40zLord) reported

@ow @Rogers It's the same **** here in Germany for some carriers (Deutsche Telekom is one of the offenders). Their eSIMs can only be activated once. So if you get a new phone, you have to pay €30,- to get your old eSIM disabled and a new one (a "replacement" SIM).
