Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • 1RovingNomad
Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

  • Thatmattevans
Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported from West End, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

At, that's it. Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.

  • mitchlafon
    Mitch Lafon (@mitchlafon) reported

@kristineortisi @Rogers There is a hack… choose the French option. That they answer right away. If you speak French great; if not, they will transfer you to an English speaking customer service rep…

I called to speak to a supervisor, I flat out hung up on when I questioned the fact there were no supervisors on Sunday. I called back, I get an AI, So, @Rogers is across board shut down on Sundays, on top of having false advertising in your stores? @CRTC

  • Perisher52

@Rogers you owe me money but you can’t accept any calls due to call volume and your chat support is also unresponsive, so how do I connect with you?

  • djlaela
    Laela Mirelle (@djlaela) reported

@RogersHelps Payment arrangement..also your network is ridiculously slow. Every single day there are periods throughout where I can’t even send an email. What are we paying for exactly when you charge over $100/month for data that lags and constantly freezes?

  • BrianOakely
    Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported

Up until yesterday, I had Credit in my @Rogers account of a little more than $300. I cancel both my Rogers Home Internet and Mobile. They just sent me a bill for $250 and are actively interfering with my new ISP. You do not want to do this @rogers.
