Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

@alankcwong @RogersHelps Why are you still on Rogers? Haven’t they proven their inability to run a reliable network?

  • Thatmattevans

@RogersHelps What are going to do for the Paying customer?? Today lots of Canadians are planning to register for CoVID Vaccinations...... I smell a law suit.

  • Thatmattevans
Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported from West End, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

@chatrmobile @Rogers get your **** together! Why is it that I'm having technical issues with my phone and I can't even get to talk to a real person about it cause you have no customer service dept anymore, for years now. Ridiculous!

  • PhatChin
    🔋Chin🔋 (@PhatChin) reported

@alancross @Rogers Rogers is the worst. I was a loyal customer of theirs from 2007 up until four years ago. Bell is far superior.

    Melanie Behm, she/her (@lovelylibrary) reported

@Rogers I’ve been told emails from some providers are not coming through on Shaw email addresses. I tried to contact for support but there is no option for email issues & your AI chat is useless & customer service hrs & options are terrible. This is unacceptable.

  • trudat2020
    tru'dat (@trudat2020) reported

@alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.

@RogersHelps Here’s the lowdown. Again. June 15. Called Rogers to sign up for a new 24 month bundle. Have an email with start date of bundle June 15. A new modem was sent. I called tech support, they said the new modem was not necessary and to send it back. Done.

  • 0baid0mer
    Obaid (@0baid0mer) reported

@RogersHelps @melaniejoly Rogers customer service wait times of over 3 hours are unacceptable. Canadians pay premium prices for telecom services but struggle to get basic customer support. Please take action to improve accountability and service standards in the telecom industry.

@FierySharky It's time to start streaming illegally. They lost thier damm minds. @Sportsnet @Rogers hope yall lose a lot of subs and customers across your services for this one. Can't wait for the "it was a typo" email, oh and we added some no name service for Barney's full cat.

@RogersHelps @kate1woods I'm the OP. Waited for my call to tech support to be answered for 1 1/2 hrs, only for my call to be dropped. This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.

@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.
