Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

@Rogers poor customer service in Fairview mall Rogers. Complained to Rogers by phone on Nov 22,2021.Still didn’t address the issue. I know they have millions of customer, it doesn’t matter if a long time customer complains or leaves them. Rogers customers!Any thoughts ? #rogers

@KellyAnneR_ @Rogers Totally agree! Customer service is so bad ; it takes so long to get to talk to someone even for a simple thing like change an install appointment! Not only Rogers, but Insurance snd phone company too. Really miss that local service of the past.

@RogersHelps Hi @RogersHelps , it's been more than a week: have the "stability updates" been released? I ask because the issues have not been fixed yet. Constant buffering, not staying at 60fps, stuttering etc.

It’s a busy time of year, completely understandable, but to wait 40+ mins to get a @Rogers live agent on the phone only to be transferred to another department and be told the wait time for an agent is a minimum 1hr is a bit much… worst part is, the curling game isn’t in our pkg

@RogersHelps GTA wide home internet problems have been going on for 1.5 days + ---- are all effected getting compensated. Work is at a halt and I don't see any mention from yall???
