Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaVery disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

mike walsh (@mikewal16285187) reported@RogersHelps Its a well known issue with your product that you seem to refuse to address.A local small internet provider I had before Rogers bought them never had this issue
-
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIn my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
-
mike walsh (@mikewal16285187) reported@RogersHelps I have the same device that worked fine with Ruralwave before Rogers bought them and shut them down
-
SensSteadySteve (@SensSteadySteve) reported@netflix on @Rogers .. had to take as part of my package ..so many commercials it’s becoming unwatchable . This is a complete miss by Rogers. Don’t tell me to upgrade , I already pay for another 50 + channels I’ve never watched.

FancyOldLady (@FancyOldGal) reported@Rogers has done it again. Lost another load of emails - sent to byte heaven by Rogers. They don't answer the phone. Some BS about being too busy. No one can help recover my emails if they don't even know how to pick up a phone and speak in to it.
-
Expos4ever (@Expos4ever10) reported@TDotResident That’s a pretty low bar though. I trust anyone over @rogers, who is one the worst companies anyone.
