Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaWorst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)
-
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaVery disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported from West End, British Columbia@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

Mitchell Tremblay (@ODSPoor) reported@OntarioFrugal @RogersHelps Thanks but Rogers won't help me, I owe from decades ago when I became homeless and their cable box was lost. I think chatr or fizz prepaid is my best option... My credit score is the worst it can be. Thank you tho.
-
Kevin (@kevcpm) reported@RogersHelps As anticipated. No call back. I’ve had success through this channel - how can you help me?

🥢⟭⟬ Into the ☀️ (@HOT7forever) reportedSomething is going on with @Rogers cellular connection in ottawa. Like why do I have zero reception and in most of the city. It’s not only me either. They need to fix their towers or something.

A Nir (@Zeuxis00) reported@Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 20 years, and I am extremely frustrated. You have been charging me the wrong amount on two internet accounts even after I changed the plans three times through phone and chat. I have the chat logs where your own agent apologized and admitted the previous changes were not properly applied. I agreed to pay the first 2 incorrect bill trusting it would be fixed, but two months later I am getting the same wrong charges again. This is extremely disappointing. I have been patient long enough. Please fix this properly and make the necessary adjustments. I just want this sorted out once and for all.

YesavageIsKing (@XDUB1007) reportedThe Jays should only play on AppleTV, cancel Sportsnet @Rogers

GoodMorning 💋♥️✨❌⭕️💫👠 (@LJW61) reported@RogersHelps Hi, I tried to do that however, Rogers wants to attach it to my home address and charge me $75 if I’m not home when they come around to fix a box that is in the laneway and I’m only notifying them as a courtesy. Horrible business practice. I’ll contact Executive Office.

GoodMorning 💋♥️✨❌⭕️💫👠 (@LJW61) reported@RogersHelps I called to let Rogers know and they want to have me wait around for three hours and charge me $75. If I’m not home will they come and fix a box of which I am just giving them a courtesy notification and do not need someone to attend my home and it’s not attached to my acct.

Vale Sol (@ValeSolS) reported@RogersHelps so difficult to reach help through all your channels! Chat has a wait of 100 ahead of me, I’ve been waiting on the *611 for almost an hour without any detail of how much I will have to wait and you don’t answer your DMs. Service was so good years ago!! Garbage now

Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?
