Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • 1RovingNomad
Ameer Z. (@1RovingNomad) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst telecommunications company in the world >>> @Rogers and Canada has one of the world's highest telecom rates.....and no competition you basically have two to choose from and more often than not Telus is not the choice (for some reason)

@alankcwong @RogersHelps Why are you still on Rogers? Haven’t they proven their inability to run a reliable network?

  • Thatmattevans
Matt Evans (@Thatmattevans) reported from West End, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Well if you were actually sorry how about a small discount on everybody’s bill? As we all paid for a service we didn’t receive for a day with no real explanation

@RogersHelps when I asked the rep about a return box he said if it doesn’t come with the phone to reach out to customer care lol

  • 8treelane
    8treelane (@8treelane) reported

@RogersHelps #1 The scaling on the app for acceisbility purposes means that screen presses do not register well/accurately (and mine is only 15% zoomed in.) Android specificly #2 'Billing" currently crashes the app, so that doesn't help anything.

    Genny Guenther (@GennyGuenther) reported

@RogersHelps It’s not a good solution I would like a refund of a lot of money on my account at this point

  • MikeBrundage3
    Mike Brundage (@MikeBrundage3) reported

@RogersHelps If you acknowledge you have a customer service issue, why don't you fix the problem? Your rates are high enough to support a few extra team members...

My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

  • h81418541
    GrandmaSavage (@h81418541) reported

@Rogers Refrain from Hiring Customer Service employees who can't speak Proper English to us. Incoherent Un-Intelligible .. Call from a young man I could barely understand. He didn't know his job and what the supposed offer was either. He called his supervisor who let the call Drop. before explaining Do better!!! You haven't learned a thing. CSR's MUST SPEAK AND BE UNDERSTOOD IN ENGLISH.

@provincesports In this column I hope Mr. Taylor is only criticizing Toronto & not all of SW Ontario. K-W is a top 12 media market in Canada & we're angry with @Rogers as they shut down our only local news talk station.

@RogersHelps NO. I’ve been without internet for 3 DAYS. On Sat I was told to plug it in and it’ll be fine. Didn’t work. I called back and they said nvm it’ll work Sun morn. Wake up, doesn’t work. I called back and they’re like sorry our system is down, call back Mon morn. This is disgusting.

@Rogers another day another ****** service by you guys and no one ever answers the phone or chat! Garbage company 🤬

Msged @RogersHelps online to make a move order for my wifi and they cut it off right away. I was like “wait it’s the middle of the work day, can you do it tomorrow?” They said yes and then proceeded to cancel my internet entirely instead of giving me my wifi back?
