Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?
-
David Finnis 🚴 (@ilovethearts) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI'm curious how @Rogers thinks dumping 10,000 employees will improve customer service. #cellphones #telecoms #CustomerComplaint

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
8treelane (@8treelane) reported@RogersHelps #1 The scaling on the app for acceisbility purposes means that screen presses do not register well/accurately (and mine is only 15% zoomed in.) Android specificly #2 'Billing" currently crashes the app, so that doesn't help anything.
-
VPD Sunshine (@VPPSunshine) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers Holy ****. The stupid never ends.
-
Randi Temple (@randers_14) reported@Rogers holds their customers hostage so they can’t cancel. Love that they wanted to charge a senior almost $1000 to cancel services with them!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
-
GrandmaSavage (@h81418541) reported@Rogers Please Refrain from Hiring Customer Service employees who can't speak Proper English to us. I had a call from a young man I could barely understand. He didn't know his job and what the supposed offer was either. He called his supervisor who let the call Drop. before explaining Do better!!!! Disgusted with your Brown service.
-
Stef Caunter (@StefCaunter) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers the government allowed them to "diversify". and this is the predictable outcome. instead of saying no and insisting that they provide quality service at reasonable price, like anywhere else in the world, they were allowed to use their monopoly advantage to buy tv rights and teams
-
Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reportedI didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.
-
Kay (@callmeaskayra) reported@RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?
-
Cadence Grace (@cadencegrace) reported@Rogers well you’re 0/2 this month. For the second time in 6 months my experience dealing with Someone at your Courtice location was so unpleasant and unproductive I’m switching a $1000/month corporate account to Bell… your customer service is LITERALLY NON EXISTENT
-
Queen of Angels (@Chr155y_333) reported@MichelleRempel @KellyDeRidderMP @Rogers Michelle, why are you the only one talking about this?? They are a federally regulated employer who are operating in bad faith while undermining Canadian democracy by shutting down local news talk radio stations.
-
Michelle Rempel Garner (@MichelleRempel) reportedMy colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.
