@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • Meanchef
Jeanne (@Meanchef) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I have no service currently @Rogers and @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions currently NO SERVICE try to connect me with messenger or whatsapp

  • oneweedram
Eva Pang (@oneweedram) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

  • FriesenPatty
Patty Friesen (@FriesenPatty) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Please piggyback your service to Bell or Telus STAT!

  • stuffapproved
Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I’m pretty sure it’s your job to BS your customers. #telus never had these issues, but #rogers is horrible in the #canadaline tunnel section, especially towards Richmond. Of course I have roaming on.

  • MrBennyYau
Benny Yau (@MrBennyYau) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

@Post_Brodie @RogersMobileCa I plan to go to @RogersHelps customer retention tomorrow. If not .... I'm switching. today's discovery of top up charges remaining for ages (years) is not cool. I'm done with shady.

  • golfercruz
CC (@golfercruz) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@imAnewbie @RogersHelps Rogers Internet is horrible. Great prices and deals but the service falls flat compared to Bell or Telus.

    @RogersHelps I had the issue pre-@1111Resolver

  • travelcanucks
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Very disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎

  • MarshallsMills
Marshall Mills (@MarshallsMills) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps I've been on hold for over 2 hours now. Is there someone that can help me with my bill? I have roam like home and was charged an extra $250. 😭

  • StampieRuns
Bryan Cogan (@StampieRuns) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

  • 123shinshan
Shan Cajucom (@123shinshan) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

    I am expecting a call from my doctor and I don't have a network service. @Fidomobile @Rogers

  • Rparmarr89
Vasily Podgoalzin (@Rparmarr89) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@MonikaGul @NEWS1130 @canantifraud True story. Happened to me last month as well as I thought the text was spam. Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

  • AndrewFstewart
Andrew F Stewart (@AndrewFstewart) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

“Somethings only a problem if it can’t be solved”. Me taking my mom down from feeling bad about paying @Rogers $17,000 when it should have been $170 lol I told her I’ve done that a few times. Never that much however lol

  • kikithekrakra99
Kiefer Abram (@kikithekrakra99) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

  • CanadaMate
    Free & Fair (@CanadaMate) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers what a disappointing experienced conversation with your top rep today. Never have i thought Roger's CS support level has gone to so low quality now What a terrible start of the day speaking to someone from Rogers this morning 👎

  • BlueAndWhiteGuy
    Stuart (@BlueAndWhiteGuy) reported

@RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

  • toddsams15
    todd sams (@toddsams15) reported

@RogersHelps need help since your tech people seem unwilling to answer calls.

  • 1714tak
    Thomas Keith 🇨🇦 (@1714tak) reported

@RogersHelps @GauravBatish “Feels like customers don’t matter to them at all.” Feels like Gaurav is a bit of a nonexistent idiot-Bot.

  • scarlettohara67
    giggles (@scarlettohara67) reported

@RogersHelps this is not fair. When will milton service be restored its been more than 12 hrs ???? This is infuriating

  • Carleey
    Madam Boring (@Carleey) reported

@RogersHelps Calling regarding my home internet services. We cancelled back in December and returned the modem, but the person over the phone obviously didn't cancel our services and now we are hit with a $700 overdue payment.

  • kerina_14
    Kerina (@kerina_14) reported

@RogersHelps I've been trying to do this since May 14. Instead my plan automatically changed and my new bill is over 100$ more. Its not working and when I try and contact someone to make the change the chat ends or drops just as they are about to change it. Funny coincidence

  • bradeinarsen
    Brad Einarsen (@bradeinarsen) reported

@JaysChatterBX @RogersHelps On the outage map they keep moving the "restored" time by one hour every hour...

  • UnkleHack69
    Uncle Hack (@UnkleHack69) reported

The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service. INVADE THE INTERNET AND CELL MARKET @Verizon IN CANADA YOULL HAVE AN OVER NIGHT CUSTOMER

  • chirutweet
    Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reported

@RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.
