@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • StampieRuns

@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

@imAnewbie @RogersHelps Rogers Internet is horrible. Great prices and deals but the service falls flat compared to Bell or Telus.

  • stuffapproved
Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Rogers I’m trying to use my data in the #CanadaLine but most of the time it doesn’t work. I’m using an app called #OpenSignal to test the signal and it shows how bad it is. #Vancouver #BC

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HoneyboyWilson6
    Honeyboy Wilson (@HoneyboyWilson6) reported

@RogersHelps are there any reported issues with the Xfinity app on FireTV? I can’t play anything live or recorded. Added and removed app, rebooted etc etc.

  • TheNutterDrawer
    Kats (@TheNutterDrawer) reported

@RogersHelps Also, two different people answered and BOTH said they were not the “right” internet dept to help em. So after spending over 2 hours on hold I have to wait to be transferred a THIRD TIME. I don’t have another hour to waste on this BS.

  • loyaltybuff
    Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported

@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

  • CanucksCritic
    Canucks Critic (@CanucksCritic) reported

@Canucks @Rogers $5 menu and a watch party for a lottery because the team was awful. This is the product now, distractions instead of fixing anything.

  • peaspod23
    Pea’s Pod🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@peaspod23) reported

@Rogers Customer service is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours as we have had no service for 2 days now, yet your website states no outages! Yes bill is paid, whole building out and nothing is being done! Give me one reason why I should switch internet providers?

  • TheNutterDrawer
    Kats (@TheNutterDrawer) reported

@RogersHelps No I’m not waiting on hold when I’ve waited for 2 hours and both people I spoke to had trouble even verifying the account. One told me they could only speak to the account holder, which I am. But they mispronounced my name and then thought I was a different person.

  • collectibledad
    Mr Perfect (@collectibledad) reported

@RogersHelps I ended up hanging up. Brutal experience for a new customer. Been trying for days. 👎
