Ok @RogersHelps yesterday your technician was supposed to drop off equipment for me to set up for parents. Instead he set something up which knocked down their phone line. Hours before a hurricane hit. Now I can’t reach them to find out if they’re ok. Please contact me to assist.

@jilli_dee @Rogers Mine is out in St. John's. My dad just had his come back on. He phoned Rogers and they said they're working on fixing connections all over. Funny how that don't have anything posted online about the problems!

@RogersHelps Can you explain to me why our home internet has gone down EVERY DAY this week? It's BEYOND frustrating when trying to work from home. This can't possibly be meeting any kind of service level agreement.

@Rogers That statement would be valid if it wasn’t severely flawed. Services and experiences are not better, don’t deliver more value and instead are much worse. We are definitely overpaying for the value and services. Communication services are poor and Rogers players are paid too much
