Anyone in the #Toronto area have trouble getting @CBCNews on their TV? When I click on that channel (#26), I hear the announcer, but the screen is stuck and frozen. Is this a @RogersHelps issue? Or CBC's satellite is out of order? I have no problem with other channels.

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers Yeah, that sounds like Rogers. One of their reps referred to me as "it" in response to a publicly viewable bad review. Needless to say, it escalated from there. The only company worse than Rogers is Telus. #NeverRogers #NeverTelus

@RogersHelps As usual, when it's below -5C, the equipment at the street does not work correctly. Internet/Digital TV is spotty. Thermal issues.

@RogersHelps Please un-pin and delete this useless post. The other comments have been saying the link is a useless circle and no one seems to have paid attention. BTW, my kids are telling me internet is down at home, I can't get access through Ignite WiFi app.
