    I am so sick of the lack of .@Rogers care 4 customers even if they are at one remove. We have mobile phones with @Rogers & we have to change that, too. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with - I even worked for them decades ago. Time to break up these monopolies!!

    @RogersHelps internet connectivity has been down for over 2 hours. This is the second major outage in 2 weeks. You are costing me money, because I canโ€™t work without the internet. My loyalty to you is hanging by a thread. Ottawa, Overbrook neighborhood.

    @RogersHelps & This is why I hate @Rogers - Always giving the same instructions to follow, never ever trying to fix the root of the problem that is their crappy equipment and service

    @RogersHelps @Dr_H_Pimlott Ah - the kind of blame others response that makes sure I'll never get a mobile phone or Internet from Rogers! That and how often the Rogers website is down when I try and pay my legacy cable bill (can't wait to ditch it!)
