    @RogersHelps Received my updated bill... Problem solved. Thanks @RogersHelps but what a nightmare for clients to have to demonstrate they are right. One call should be enough.

    @Rogers On the infinite plan, have 5G phone but the service is unavailable in my area, pointless have a 5G phone period!

    @RogersHelps Rogers is d worst of all networks in Canada. It's outrageous tht whn u come dwn frm 300 Mbps to 75 Mbps,network connectivity is d worst of it's kind. whn u call d customer care, u are put on hold for hours. We just don't have the time to change to some other network.
