I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.

There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.

I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.

But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. Iβm not sure why youβre complaining. Where are you getting better service?
