What the hell is @rogers @RogersHelps doing? I’ve been keeping track of all the drops and outages on your lines. Non-stop for two weeks now. You gouge customers and screw smaller ISPs, but provide absolute **** service & “cut fibre optic cables”. Figure it out!

  • AlexxMorgan17 Alexx Morgan (@AlexxMorgan17) reported

@gmarie55 @RogersHelps @gmbutts I can say after calling Rogers for help and getting the message that my wait time would be 1 hr 45 min, I abandoned the call a d DM’d them and was able to address what I needed. That said, the avg consumer needs faster unfettered access.

  • vivekdotca Vivek Krishnamurthy (@vivekdotca) reported

@Chircha2 @gmbutts @Rogers They don’t. I’m lucky that I maintain enough of a US identity to remain a customer. But Canadians are unfortunate to be saddled with some of the highest wireless service costs in the world in exchange for poor service.

@gmbutts @Bryson_M @Rogers Holy crap! Even #TruAnon Libs can learn.....that is AMAZEBALLS! Now maybe take a look with the same eyes at the PMO, the PM and the arrogance with which they "rule". There's something to be learned there, too....

  • XrpStevy XRP S (@XrpStevy) reported

@Rogers I refuse to attended Rogers Place. I refuse to support tyrannical rules. #NoVaccinePassports

  • thekatmit Kathie Mitchell😎🕯🇨🇦 (@thekatmit) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers Freedom mobile. In 7 yrs my bill has never changed 1 cent. Including calls to the US. Tony knew what he was doing.

  • Breezer_1986 Breezer (@Breezer_1986) reported

@RogersHelps is Quite possibly the worst customer service company in North America. Returned the equipment 6 months ago, received confirmation of this, yet still billed for it. Have called once a week for the past 6 months and am continually told it is being taken care of....

  • YYZ1138 Xeno (@YYZ1138) reported

@RogersHelps @gmarie55 Good to know. It took us 6 months to get finally rid of a service we've never requested. A question for you: is it the company strategy to be so opaque hard to reach over the phone to complain about problems so that people eventually give up?

  • kempthead Parker Donham (@kempthead) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers That was my experience with Rogers two decades ago (and further back with Bell). I switched to Telus, and have received excellent service.

  • DidiMiesen Didi Miesen (@DidiMiesen) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers I agree 100%. Rogers is an overpriced nightmare to deal with - just like Bell, where customers are treated like garbage. So far the best I've found is Telus.
