    @RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

    So officially 24 hours now we have had no internet service via @Rogers. They wont provide an update, answer dms and the phones lines are packed. Maybe post a little update lads?

    @RogersHelps my Next box is not working. So no cable or tv at all. We had 3 quick power outages yesterday, and no tv since. It just has -5-

    @RogersHelps My Rogers bill is around $1000 a month. I went to a Rogers store with a hardware issue, they told me I have to call on the phone. I have been on hold for 90 minutes now on the phone with Rogers, still holding. Is this the best you can do?

    I’ve been calling since Monday regarding a refund that was supposed to be in my account by now. I already canceled my service due to poor customer service, but being on hold for over 40 min without an answer is a total lack of respect for consumers. Resolve this @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps For me it's Connections > satellite networks If I follow Connection > Mobile Network >network operators I have to disable select automatically to view available. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?
