    @Rogers Don’t worry I’m already dealing with it. This is scummy business practice and the best solution for me is to just quit giving @Rogers my money for the privilege of being ripped off. On top of this, as a customer since 2004, there is no reason for loyalty.

    @RogersHelps Great. The ignite wifi box itself gets way hotter than any other device around it. Apparently according to your "help site", cement, glass, electronic devices, and power cables can all interfere. Should I hang the thing from the ceiling in the middle of the living room?

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers the reply of it being peding from the past 8 days is enough to gauge the efficiency on handling damage complaints. Not a single call received over the cursed issue. Have had a terrible experience and i am forced to raise this issue on other forums as well

    I hate making these tweets, but @Rogers owes me $200 and it's been an on-going issue for about a year. They were supposed to transfer a credit from one closed account to my new account and 'lost' it.

    @jimjamjuggles @CRTCeng @Rogers oh don't get me started #Rogers made my life a nightmare for a year, i cried, truly. The worst experience i have ever had, i bet i am still in that credit agency, i returned the god damn box before leaving ON. Worst customer service of any provider in Canada, never use Rogers.
