@RogersHelps Spent almost three hours over five calls today trying to connect with customer support. Three calls dropped from your end in the middle while talking to a rep. Hoping your cancellation call line works, going to try that tomorrow and end this misery.

@GrimConch @WomanCorn @RogersHelps What I was *told* by Rogers customer service at the time was that it was cancelled by a direct phone call to Rogers customer service from someone they believed was me on the basis of "Voice ID," which is "what the banks use."

I've had over 15 workers from stores and over the phone who have told me you don't do loaners or courtesy phones. So you leave clients without anything after taking their phone from them? Ppl use their phones for everyday things. @Rogers fix this NOW! Do YOUR JOBS!

@REWoman @Rogers If you want a real solution always ask the customer rep to transfer you to the retention team. Retention team will resolve your issue in most of the cases.

@Rogers the worst part about it is how much time your workers spend arguing with clients who are reading your website!!! The ignorance of the workers now is beyond insane. I've never had such bad customer service. They refuse to believe I'm reading the website. Argue argue argue
