@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

In the process of having a very poor experience talking with @Rogers with Rogers Ignite TV. Over an hour ( and counting) on the phone and now on to my third department to get assistance cause the retention department can't help cause its a tech issue.

@Bell Your 1.5 "Gigabit" offering doesn't even hit 200 MBPS on most days. It's not my devices either. Waiting for a new Modem but I have a feeling your gigabit service is a marketing ploy. If I continue to get sub 200 MBPS connections on my speed test I'm done. @fido @Rogers
