    @RogersHelps Havn't had LTE or 5G service in a day and a half. What is actually happening with this company? Tech support was no help and I have reset everything. Absolutly ridiculous.

    Got email from @Rogers CEO w many promises BUT service is unacceptable. Constant interruptions 2-3x/day at any & all hours of the day. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

    @RogersHelps Our internet is slow, our cable is messed up...we can't get some channels that we normally get....our cable boxes are messed up. Ever since that "Issue" that knocked EVERYTHING out it's still been a mess

    @RogersHelps Wtf is the point? Y’all ****** up, and the CSR who already “dealt with us” was an ******* and acted like it was our fault you cut off auto payments without our knowledge or consent, then waited 6 months to finally tell us about it

    @MKritch @RogersHelps Good to know. Im only with @RogersHelps cuz of corporate discount. We now offer Telus. Going to look into it cuz the network is sooo 💩💩💩
