    @RogersHelps Ignite tv is now back up. Not sure how, as internet (wifi) and monitoring are still down. And that’s with restarting the modem 6 times, including unplugging the router and modems for 10+ minutes.

    @RogersHelps Even though you are back up and running, your super fast ignite TV is slow when accessing channels, freezes often and cannot seem to locate my saved programs. You still have a lot of work to do!

    Lesson learned from yesterday’s @Rogers outage: diversify. Our household is currently Rogers everything: TV, internet, home phone and cellular. Won’t be much longer. Will be moving some of those services to @bell or @TELUS.

    @RogersHelps Just did modem swap... On legacy gigabit.. still down... Won't get new ignite modem for 5 business days 🤯🤯🤯
