    Just curious. Anyone watching Shrek on @CBC and noticing issues with broadcast ? That it’s choppy? I mean it might be a @Rogers cable issue? But this is second day a movie being broadcast on #CBC seems to have issues.

    @RogersHelps Tried to reboot Nextbox again this morning and same problem. Cannot see any channels. We can see the guide and are able to view shows on Crave. Would appreciate some assistance.

    @Rogers : had a issue with internet . Charged wrong amount . Chats saved where agent confirmed no extra charges will levied. But till now struggling with the issue. Have called customer service and no solution till date!!!

    @RogersHelps is internet and ignite tv down in Ajax? We haven’t had any service for a few hours. Reset multiple times. Please help we have virtual classes we need to attend.
