If you need urgent help, do not ever rely on @kucoincom. Because of nationwide Outage of @Rogers, couldn't login to kucoin because I had 2fa text authentication . I waited for 3 hours on Queue support position #1 only to be told they can't help me. $1,000 damage later I'm pissed.

Wanna give a big shout-out to @RogersHelps for the $2.81 bill credit for their 15 hour outage yesterday. FYI, they made $1.59 billion in profits last year and Canadians continue to pay some of the highest rates for cell service in the world.

@AboutRogers @Rogers if you care about your customers, you would issue a credit for at least the day fee and the disruptions caused to all of us who now work at home and rely 100% on our mobile phones to stay connected. Just saying....
