@MikeHyn93015512 @Rogers The most logical explanation based on the time the failure occured would be firmware update on core routers went very sideways rendering them out of commission. Fail back failed, and restoration involved replacing hardware, which required sourcing routers from partners.

@RogersHelps Home internet is not stable here in KW (ontario). My son is reporting very high ping (i.e., SLOW) connection on his online games, and some games refuse to allow him to connect. My wife is also complaining that internet is "wonky". I'm not happy :(
