    🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    @RogersHelps Are there current issues with both your smartphone and ignite hub apps as neither are signing in? Just got ignite 2 days ago and all was working the last two days.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am quick to criticize when I have issues so should also provide positive feedback when it occurs. Great service from online help this am. Mahmoud processed something for me without me having to call in. Thanks.

    After 15 yrs as a @Rogers cell customer, I left to another provider, transferred my number, all done by the new provider, @Rogers did not contact me once, not even to ask “why”. Hmm, retention is not a priority I suppose. @bell contacted my partner instantly with better offers.

    Emails w/ a @Rogers Business Sales consultant, agree to the service. Then she says she can't sign up a sole proprietorship 4 wireless service & I have to call Business Wireless Care. Get transferred to 3 different people, then call disconnects. What is wrong with this @Rogers?

    @CBCNews I will ask for a Credit for that day, this caused me financial damage as i lost contact with what was suppose to be a thousand dollar gig @Rogers

    @RogersHelps i am with fido. i hear your giving u a big 1 day free service ($5 at the most)......hmmm how about maybe 1 mth at 1/2 price or free you afford it. where business lost thousands of $$ i know of a business had too closed and lost about $2500 how if that fair?

    @RogersHelps @matt0126matt @heathavoid So a whole $3 to compensate for the wages lost not being allowed to sign in to secure server because of the 2 step verification So I lost about 160 for service disruption males sens the 3 will be so helpful

    @MobileSyrup Of course they will, by crediting us $2.20 for the problem rather than valuing a credit based on what the lost day actually meant for Canadians. @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @rogershelps How are you going to credit ppl with flat rate annual text plans? Not only was sending/receiving an issue. Couldn't receive text codes for two factor authentication to login to bank, cra etc! Some much for trying to be secure.
