Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

Matt M (@TheOnlyMCM) reported@RogersHelps Received a replacement Xfinity Entertainment box but getting error code 012 when I try to set it up. Customer service/technical support have been completely unhelpful...I have chatted with or spoken to at least 8 agents and spent over 3 hours on hold. Not great!!

There might 1000 of victims like me. Luckily I noticed and have time to wait almost 3 hours but think of those who doesn't. You promise and don't fulfill?

I was promised a free phone, which happens, so it sounded legit, but when I got it, they insisted I not call Rogers. Now I'm just trying to return the phone and cancel the order. I have their info.

Chris Tyson (@christysonldn) reported@RogersHelps this is ridiculous....I engaged in a chat to have one of my phone lines cancelled, the chat agent tried to upsell me, No, the line I want to cancel my mother in law can no longer use due to a memory issue, now I am on hold with the cancellation team, do better !
