Gerald.Glavota (@G2Whisky) reported from Tay, Ontario🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

the peoples champ (@uncut_jurist) reported@RogersHelps Currently without service and cellular data in Ottawa, and the telephone service number is disconnecting me due to “extreme” levels of calls. Assistance?
-
BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.
-
Sean (@Steve9zzj) reported@RogersHelps The irony of a response 3 days later when service issues were impacting my connectivity is exactly the root of the problem I’m highlighting. Yes it’s figured out
-
Marty Sullens (@Sumohax0r) reported@tobi @Rogers Had home internet issue yesterday, went to tether on AT&T on iOS 26.5 and it was stuck at 128kbps. AT&T customer service couldn't figure out reason why.
-
e-Kingcorey97 (@LeafsandJays97) reported@DaleDisill @MapleLeafs @Rogers That's never gonna happen and as I said they don't give a **** what you have to say about them
-
Repenix (@Repenix) reported@RogersHelps i don't have internet, according to your outage map it should be working and there's no way for me to report the outage as there's a high volume of people already calling in.
-
Robert Hunt (@mrhunt66) reported@RogersHelps is there an issue with Roger’s in St. John’s? My cable isn’t working
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reportedIs it just me or @Rogers has become really horrible with customer service. Was on chat for over 2 hours twice in one day and both times the chat ended when my turn was due. Tried calling them but was on hold for over 2 hours. Maybe it is time to let go of them & look elsewhere.

Laura (@laurapott) reported@RogersHelps @ahmadbabar Same here. Internet is down and your outage map is not working. Had to check elsewhere to get info and your helpline hung up almost immediately because of high call volume.
