Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

Your technician lied to me and when I called them out on the lie and asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold indefinitely. It's not the first time that one of your reps has "transfered" me to speak to a supervisor and it was never actually transfered.
