    🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

    @RogersHelps Are there current issues with both your smartphone and ignite hub apps as neither are signing in? Just got ignite 2 days ago and all was working the last two days.

    @Rogers I’m Reporting A Display Problem With Rogers Wireless LTE Display Of Usage Twice Now, I Signed Into My Rogers, Last Night & Today, Data Usage Disappeared Showing Unlimited & To Buy 3G For $15 I Rebooted, Signed In ~ I Currently have 27.80G left on this cycle out of 56G

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    Dear @RogersHelps, just received an email from my Dr’s office how they tried this morning to call me repeatedly for a vaccine appointment, but couldn’t get through and now no more spots. @Rogers, your outage is putting my health at risk. Unacceptable. Do better. #rogersdown
