🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

Hey @Rogers service. I’m trying to get support for someone to come deal with a downed wire in the street that belongs to you and the call centre has hung up on me twice when transferring me to the right people and virtual assistants are no help.

@Rogers increased my phone plan without any notification or information and also I had my plan less than 6 months and they increased the charges. Now rogers don't respond to my calls or chat and the customer service is ridiculous.Cud someone get in touch with me so I can cancel?

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Same absolute appalling the customer or lack thereof service! Absolute disgrace and joke

@RogersHelps Would removing the pod while printing remove the problem? We have a split level house and without the pod, my son in the basement has no wifi. So removing the pod entirely is not a long term solution.

@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Is their tech department on strike. Why do they always blame it customers saying high call volume. It seems their customer care is calling each other because real customers are definitely not getting the response from them.

@RogersHelps your wireless service in Inveremere BC is absolute trash. I pay way too much for I’m getting.

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Lol I was on hold with them for over 2 hrs couple of weeks back. That was after showing up at a Rogers store where they make you buzz an intercom , "move in front of the camera" ask you what you want then tell you to call CS that they can't help. Lol

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers I Waited online for over 2 hours wanting help with a move… and was disconnected. I have been a Roger’s customer for over 35 years and this the peak of horrible customer service. #rogers

@RogersHelps After almost 3 days of trying to talk to someone to cancel my parents home services due to them moving into a retirement home, I finally get someone and they tell me it’ll be $450 + tax to cancel. Great way to treat longtime customers.
