    @Lucys_ma_name @Rogers Ya have to cancel my skip shift today. The problem is in Quebec, sask and Alberta. The whole 5G network is down they canโ€™t get it back up after Thier maintenance. They should compensate the lost income.

    Just received my monthly bill from @Rogers and my billing issue is not resolved. Countless hours on hold over the last few months and numerous commitments from customer service reps were all a wast of time! Billions in profits and little or no investment in good customer service!

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isnโ€™t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down

    @RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.

    @RogersHelps You don't actually but if you want to hear me in the ohine, its recorded. I have been calling you guys for 2mths now. Evening, weekend, middle of the day, morning, online, & twitter. No one answers for 45mins. I have NEVER had this problem before. Is everyone replaced with AI?

    @RogersHelps Would you PLEASE hire more people to answer customer โ€œ service โ€œ lines??? 3 freaking days of trying to reach an operator, not sure why you guys think we have hours to wait on hold to speak a person , absolutely the worst company I deal with

    @RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.

    I swear @Rogers is the worst phone provider in world and Iโ€™m taking legal action against them Every employee there is a joke They all lie , endless charges I have to dispute Since switching to a business account Iโ€™ve only gotten worse service I just paid them almost 1000$ to get my bill to zero Confirmed my next bill is 60$ tax in and that will be in going forward My bill is at 0 for awhile , I screenshot wondering whatโ€™s happening , then 160$ gets added to my bill They said 80$ suspension fee was added ๐Ÿ’€ Rogers Iโ€™m coming for you
