Darryl Narain (@DarrylNarain) reportedBetween @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

Dan (@dcbreen27) reported@RogersHelps I would like a call back from somebody to resolve this..I’m not going to use an app..if Rogers can’t take the time to call me then I will cancel ALL my services and go with a provider who actually cares about customer service.

Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.
