    @RogersHelps internet is still going off intermittently. Was fine all morning then twice in last 10min has gone out for about 1min each before coming back. This has to be a Rogers issue.

    @HalosOfAmber @haydenjack @RogersHelps My web cams went down at 2-2:30 when I woke up at 5:30 the internet was down. At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

    @RogersHelps lost HD CBC for leafs hockey in guelph ON. Was ok when it started. Went back and black screen. All other channels ok and yes did restart box. Now watching in non HD. Please check this service.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

    @RogersHelps lost several cables channels tonight. Including CNN. Citytv. TSN and others. Just a blank screen. Rebooted box and did not fix issue. Looks like signal is low. Please check signal strength in Guelph ON area and will check again tomorrow.

    @205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

Last two days calling the cust. serv, waiting on line over 3 hrs, last night and tonight (still on line now) for 2hrs 25 min. Is this reasonable serv.? It's terrible!😥

    @RogersHelps Ignite services down since this morning, Rogers has not changed and did not learn anything from that embarrassing system outage last summer. I spend $600 a month with Rogers, but that will soon be with Bell. Do better Rogers!

    Un-*******-believable. This is the 3rd time in 14 months that a @Rogers salesperson has showed up at my front door selling internet service and within 2 hours of shooing them away my independent IP service that utilizes #Rogers network has gone down. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

    @RogersHelps Check your DMs for my previous message. This isn't a new issue nor is it something that was even touched by Twitter until after I'd complained several times. As the original case I'd work with went high up, and he assured me this was the best possible option. So..
