Jeremy Harvey (@JRMHarvey) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@rogers again fail to be consistent in pricing - I need to warn people. Internet & Cable currently cost us $149. Some loyalty bonuses are ending & 2 people quoted 171, a 3rd more senior person quoted 176 as final price 1 hour later. Rogers - Clearly not trustworthy -Beware!
-
Kayce Dehaney (@kaycechoice) reported from Brampton, Ontario@RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better
-
Alex Pasek (@AlexPasek) reported from Oakville, Ontario@Dadwith1Pack @DanielVyner @Rogers Please stop… this argument was debunked as nauseam. Canada has 80% of unhabitated land and poorer countries with less density are very able to offer unlimited mobile plans at $10. People making excuses for monopolies are the problem, not population density.

-
daddyainthome (@daddyainthome) reported@Rogers I call you to complain about my internet service, and instead of helping me or compensating me, you tell me my price is going up? Will be calling @Bell asap.
-
MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@hindsightjane @RogersHelps @Rogers I call 611 or 18887643771 that's the number I got off. The website, but every time you try calling now. They'll say that they're facing high call volumes right now. And then they'll just hang up the call. They say, call back at a later time. Very unprofessional, for a multi billion dollar company
-
MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Cdhd123 @Rogers gotta love "one view" no more Vision 21 access. so ya everything needs a manager now. I used to have V21 access and never needed a manager. Unless it was revenue based.
-
Gry Phyn (@LGBMike) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Used to work in call centre's and I can answer this. Lower wages. Cheaper to have phone support in countries that pay WAY LESS THAN CANADA. 2/hour in many places.
-
The Admiral🤮🌟👨🏿✈️ (@_robbyy) reported@RogersHelps @SensSteadySteve Your outage map isn’t even working
-
🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@RogersHelps I have 2 serious charges on my bill I need to talk to a person about. Also tech outages in my area since Tuesday! Please call me directly as I refuse to attempt to call again. This is beyond unacceptable service levels.
-
Thoms Foolery (@ThomsFoolery) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.
-
MM ꕥ (@MaahirMomtaz12) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers has outsourced their call centres for years. They preach Canadian but most of their customer service is foreign
-
Alex Killby (@alexkillby) reportedNot sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.
-
makdidit (@lone_wulfff) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Lol go tell that to the board of directors then. You think these people give a ****? It's all about the bottom line
