Wait! I remember why I’m not a @RogersHelps customer! Because while the house was being built and I wanted them to run a cable line before the walls were closed so we didn’t have to drill holes in my new walls after they were finished, Rogers said they didn’t want my business!

@bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

@RogersHelps I unplugged the modem and plugged it back in for the third time. Seems to be back up. This service is inconsistent at best.

And after sitting at home for two hours waiting for r @RogersHelps technician I find out they’ve randomly cancelled the call for no apparent reason and there’s no way to get someone out today. Absolutely imcompetent customer service.

@RogersHelps Thank you I will. I actually don’t mind this slowed down 512kbps data speed but since it resets tomorrow and the max speed data expires tomorrow because my data resets tomorrow imma blow it all tomorrow. All 3GB of it. 😂. It shouldn’t be too hard since I’ve already used 17GB

As compared to "as late as possible"? 🙄 Rogers eqpt is unreliable. Its Execs must be fired since their service hasn't improved.

@ShulmanS @Rogers I have been without tv and internet for 24 hrs. Ridiculous and no solid answers from Rogers after being on hold for 2 hrs. Seriously considering cancelling. I get there was a storm but this happens way too often for usually at least 2 hrs without service. Fed up.
