@RogersHelps Okay it’s back up an running and I didn’t have to restart my phone it was just my cellular connection to the nearest cell tower it seems. Thanks for all the help.

@RogersHelps Experiencing an internet outage at L6X3M9. Working from home today and need my internet connection. Everything was working fine until 30mins who. Reset my modem twice but that did not solve the issue. The @ symbol is no long lighting up either

@RogersHelps The phone seems to work for now but when attempting to sign in on my laptop and following the steps. After logging in ,It transfers me to a page asking me to purchase my subscription again

@rogers is the least reliable network😐 Think it’s about time to switch with all these outages. This is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even go one month without interruption. I live with one, if i’m lucky, two bars of service. I get switched to rogers extended constantly.
