    @RogersHelps hi can you please confirm there is an outage in the area of Front bad Bathurst? That’s what the tech said but no one else is expierencing this in the area. Too much of a coincidence since my service has been non active/horrible since I activated 1 week ago

    @Rogers is there a cable outage in the Victoria Park/Kingston Road area of Toronto? Internet is working but no cable and Rogers website is down. Ignite TV tells me the issue is on your end. Occasionally I can pull up the guide but can’t access any channels.

    @RogersHelps There is zero point in that. You'll look, you'll say, everything looks fine now. I say yep. And we go around again. Or you send someone out, they say they found something, next day, same service.

    FYI @RogersHelps internet is down for the entire neighborhood surrounding M5V. Confirmed with a CSR. No ETA as of yet. Time to make use of one of the free networks in the area.

    @mattgurney I cancelled my cable & internet last week after being a customer for over 20 years. I’ve attempted to cancel in-contract cell service and gotten calls from retention begging me to reconsider. This time? Nothing. I guess @RogersHelps churn numbers are good this quarter :)

    @rogers increased my bill by $100 monthly, so I cancelled my home internet and TV ... churn numbers must be good this month because I didn’t even get a call from the retention department begging me to come back! lol Anybody have any experiences, good or bad, with TekSavvy?
