God help me, but I love awards shows. Too bad I’m missing the #Emmys2019 because @RogersHelps couldn’t send someone able to hook up internet/tv in the middle of Toronto despite me waiting for 2 appointments. (1 was a no show.)

  • AbeLee81 Abe Lee (@AbeLee81) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@asekander @Rogers My 7 is still going strong as well but the new camera sure looks nice. Since they no longer slow the older phones to a crawl with each iOS update, I haven’t had a reason to upgrade.

  • SophiaCybulski Sophia Cybulski (@SophiaCybulski) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I do not have family sharing plan Never subscribed to such plans always had issues with my e-mail and my password Had some kind of unknown files and some kind of users Safari would never connect to my network

  • AGold_89 Alex (@AGold_89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I got an email saying it “was being shipped” and to click the UPS link to track it, but you don’t provide any tracking number. The system is bad I don’t care about the wait

  • Toronto_Lori Lori fromTO 🇨🇦 (@Toronto_Lori) reported from Toronto, Ontario

The solution was for @RogersHelps to give me a phone number I obviously already have. I called 30 days before the move. The nice person I spoke to asked for my new address, checked and said “yes, we serve that location. Installation will be easy.”

  • brukneck Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps 25 brownspring Rd. I'm sure you can see the history. Everything is connected and "working" to the modem but clearly outside connection is down. 4162923458 is home number

  • meaghanabc Meaghan Coulter (@meaghanabc) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers please fix this internet outage quick.... I’m home sick and just wanna watch cheer squad on Netflix and not chew my data on my phone.

  • joe_lafortune Joe LaFortune (@joe_lafortune) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Yes, and very frequently, every few seconds, like the signal is coming from Jupiter or something

  • SaadAyub Saad Ayub (@SaadAyub) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps it’s Monday, why do you have to add an outage on top of that 😡😡. M5V area plz fix it!

  • chezsiva Siva Swaminathan (@chezsiva) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Finally problem resolved - it took 2 hrs

  • chezsiva Siva Swaminathan (@chezsiva) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I’ve been going through your customer service 3 times - going around and around in circles still no solution 😫

  • michaelnugent Pumpkin Spice Mike 🎃 (@michaelnugent) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps The conference line was only at that number and area code, so I didn't have another one to use. Our rescheduled meeting will use an alternative number, but this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, especially since this was an important work conference call.

  • joe_lafortune Joe LaFortune (@joe_lafortune) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Haven’t had the time to troubleshoot with you but CP24, Discovery, Comedy all have static lines every 20-40 seconds that interrupt video and audio transmission. Makes impossible to watch. Not my NextBox. I have two different boxes and is occurring on both in separate rooms

  • AGold_89 Alex (@AGold_89) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersBiz @RogersHelps just reiterating the fact that your new online reservation system is an absolute farce. Not sure how you can take 6 days to ship a phone when I was 3rd in queue to get it and reserved early. Meanwhile all the local stores have the phone in stock. Awful.

  • JimBabbage Jim Babbage (@JimBabbage) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@redcrew @Rogers The other evil empire. Bell. Sick and tired of sub par customer service from Rogers, but I’m under no illusions things will be that much better with Bell. But for now at least, my connections will be faster.

  • marmalade Kelly Knights (@marmalade) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I love it when my home internet goes down when I'm working from my couch. This is why I keep my phone and home internet with different companies. Time to hotspot 😒 @RogersHelps

  • WayneRodriguez Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

  • pelicanseal George James (@pelicanseal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So now @Rogers @RogersHelps is making more excuses on why cell phone charges are getting worse. The only they’re igniting is crappy customer service

  • Crystalized_82 Crystal 🇨🇦 (@Crystalized_82) reported from Brampton, Ontario

I guess customer loyalty means nothing to @Rogers. Thanks for nothing!

  • AndrewFstewart Andrew F Stewart (@AndrewFstewart) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I have been using a @rogers unlimited plan for a few weeks now. I he speed it drops you down to after your “premium time” is unusable. It really is just a regular plan. Disappointing.

  • lola_1900 lola (@lola_1900) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers No no. We’re not pretending that something that was shut down for over 24 hours is because of a “software” update. You couldn’t have informed ANY ONE of your customers this but you waited over a day? I call bullshit.

  • TCEquine Ashley 🐎🐝 (@TCEquine) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Some of my services are still down.

  • MaryWetton mary (@MaryWetton) reported

@RogersHelps Please DM me about how I’m going to be compensated for yesterday’s total lost of phone service #rogersfail #Rogers

  • FXFII1 FXFII (@FXFII1) reported

@Rogers Customers would like to be compensated for an entire day of no service!!!

  • kimberleetay 𝒦𝒾𝓂𝒷𝑒𝓇𝓁𝑒𝑒 ⚓️ (@kimberleetay) reported

@RogersHelps Mine is still not working.

  • ConcernedCana10 And now a response to your stupid tweet (@ConcernedCana10) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I would go online to read about this further, BUT MY DATA STILL DOESN'T WORK. Call up the Swedes and make this better.

  • walterburback Kevin M. Coleman (@walterburback) reported

@aridler @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers applied an update from Ericsson to a part of their network, but the update caused the problem. Maybe, before dumping on Rogers, you should have waited to get the full picture. By the way, EVERYONE'S health is at risk right now, you whiner. Unacceptable. Do better.

  • JeffAsselbergs Jeff Asselbergs (@JeffAsselbergs) reported

@RogersHelps A software update caused this? Not sure that’s even possible. Can you explain how this would affect virtually the entire Rogers network?

  • HaymanMurphy Alana Hayman (@HaymanMurphy) reported

Day 2 of #rogersoutage and I am thankful that my wifi and home services are from a different provider so I still have connectivity. @Rogers @RogersHelps any chance you have a timeline for the fix?

  • Brock34481089 Brock (@Brock34481089) reported

@Smoke63366353 @schmicosshamee @Rogers Noticed how I didn’t call you an idiot or anything yet you did. Clear sign of no argument. You clearly skimmed, for me I missed out on $225 ish because our company couldn’t get ahold of the guys to tell them where to go.
