  @brundle_fly @gmbutts @Rogers We have no carriers that give great service. But Bell/Virgin have been pretty reliable for the last five years we've used them. For home internet however, I too had to revert to Twitter shaming, to get some action.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just did the same with Telus they operate out of El Salvador and the Philippines. The service is fast and they are well trained. One guy had chickens in the background, but i wish they were operating in Canada.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms.
