If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

  • RikGarc Ricky Garcia🇸🇻🇨🇦 (@RikGarc) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Rogers having cell service problems ageing?

  • JonLeeOSC Jon Lee (@JonLeeOSC) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps is there an outage in the Rouge Hill area?

  • tickylongue T. Longue (@tickylongue) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.

  • joe_lafortune Joe LaFortune (@joe_lafortune) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey, @RogersHelps, please fix your digital channels on Ignite. Two days now they are unwatchable, hanging up every few seconds. I’ve been patient. Now it’s time for you guys to fix it!

  • ChefBoehmer Chef Boehmer (@ChefBoehmer) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing

  • ajpeebles Andrew Peebles (@ajpeebles) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I just hung up after being on hold for an hour and a half. Did you not have a call back service?

  • kazZtr_ kasun (@kazZtr_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chamaraind @Rogers Should be damn fast, but Machan in here it’s very expensive, I’ve used my 20GB in the phone this month and for additional 1gb I have to pay $25 😬

  • KristenRidley Kristen Ridley (@KristenRidley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Ugh, @RogersHelps your service is the worst. None of my services working for going on 3 hours now. So much for those emails from your CEO about doing better.

  • JeffersnDarrell Jefferson Darrell 🇨🇦✊🏾🖤🏳️‍🌈 (@JeffersnDarrell) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Is there a service outage in downtown Toronto? Your pinned tweet for outages is dated for 2020.

  • nikgore Nikki Gore 🇨🇦 (@nikgore) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps was told this morning M4L was experiencing service interruptions and still no service or updates. What’s going on?????

  • Comradnan Adnanas 🐻 (@Comradnan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

  • Dodda_Bull Karthik ದೂಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ (@Dodda_Bull) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Is @RogersHelps telephonic support working today? Waiting from 2 hours , don't know how many light-years more to wait

@RogersHelps worst customer service, I am never going with rogers ever again

  • AdamScottEnv Adam Scott (@AdamScottEnv) reported from Toronto, Ontario

internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is ‘degraded’ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps service down in N3W... when is eta to restore?

  • brahamcrackers steve (@brahamcrackers) reported

@Rogers @Sportsnet I expect there will be a refund on my next bill after yet ANOTHER SNNow outage??

  • Ethania7 Ethan Horne (@Ethania7) reported

@Sportsnet hands down you are the worst sports provider in North America, constant crashing of streaming services. You would thing a multi billion dollar company like @Rogers could figure out a simple IT problem. You owe thousands of Canadians money, absolute embarrassment

  • Ethania7 Ethan Horne (@Ethania7) reported

@RogersHelps Are you for real? A stock response to complaint doesn’t help anything. Your sub company @sportsnet doesn’t know how to run a simple sports streaming app. The issue is it’s not working, it’s that simple, fix it

  • Frank028 Frank (@Frank028) reported

@SenselessEarth @RogersHelps This is why Rogers Ignite HAS TO release an app for Firestick or Apple TV. Xfinitiy has this already in place down South, why is Rogers not using that software up here in Canada? Bell Fibe has an incredible app for all streaming devices, Rogers is lacking in that space!

  • veloricky Ricky Blayney (@veloricky) reported

@RogersHelps You’ve got to sort out your SN Now app. Seems it’s froze on a lot of people mid Jays game, and it’s constantly glitchy, often requiring two goes to start the thing. And I’m paying for it!! Illegal streams don’t fail this often!

  • CowboyCA_ Matt (@CowboyCA_) reported

@rogers is there an outage of internet in Waterloo?

  • SenselessEarth Nick (@SenselessEarth) reported

@Frank028 @RogersHelps Better yet, they should start the stream immediately at reduced quality while buffering in the background. Then gradually bring up the quality once the buffer is large enough. The stream will never be "live", but difference can be brought down to 3-5 seconds. Not 25-30 like now

  • troyzaff_17 Troy Collects Toys (@troyzaff_17) reported

@RogersHelps what is happening. No cable or Internet….help!

  • Bluenose56 Gord Hutchinson. (@Bluenose56) reported

@Rogers Glad to see @Sportsnet #sportsnetnow is back to their old tricks. Consistency is everything I guess. Why is the stream down now?
