@JeremyJohnstonK @Rogers @Google Yeah. I was with Teksavvy for a long time and very happy with them, until there were area issues (with the Rogers infrastructure). Rogers saw that I was a Teksavvy customer so put the tech call for my house at the bottom of the list, and postponed it many times.

@JeremyJohnstonK @Rogers Man alive. Rogers just told me their residential service wasn’t “strong enough” to support Zoom, so I should pay more for a business line. Then told me their service was not compatible with @Google Wifi mesh networks.

Unreal! Been battling @Rogers and @RogersHelps all day. No cellphone service in almost 48 hours. Talked to two different customer service representatives, both showed a complete lack of professionalism and was only given a $25 bill credit. My service still doesn’t work. 1/2

  • ST21_ Sam Thauli🇨🇦 (@ST21_) reported

  • Crim_2k Cameron Davidson (@Crim_2k) reported

  • ProzacKat Katrina (@ProzacKat) reported

@Rogers Will I be able to at least get a credit for the service outage on my 4 phone lines?
