Although it’s only telco wire and thus no live current run through, the boxes that are left open, and occasionally taped back shut by the crews like that’s a solution, are there for kids to play with, wires for ppl & animals to trip on etc. @RogersHelps perhaps @311Toronto cares?

If a cell’s location is turned on or if the 911 had Caller ID automatically for all calls received by 911 that it could register the # of the calls, no? KR

@Rogers my family has subscribed to your internet package for over a decade. Regrettably, we have periodic connectivity blackouts and have reached out to you 10+ times to solve our issues, all with no permanent solution to our problems. We’re utterly fed up and are now leaving.
