@tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps Sorry, but the account is in my wife’s different sir name. And I don’t typically pull up my job in my customer service intersections. I’ve done enough bad Rogers stories in my career. I also believe in crediting good/great service where I find it.

@tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps And almost every rep has discretion. Almost. Meaning if a consumer is a jerk—game over. Be respectful: chances of great service improve. My experience.

@dmac_79 @RogersHelps I have generally good fortune with customer service reps everywhere. Polite persistence is sometimes the reason. Or just luck.

@Rogers Dazn is okay for me, who paid those stupid rates is beyond me. YouTube, Disney plus, Netflix does everything cable use to do for me. It's control cable without commercials.

I hate going over my @Rogers data cap, the unlimited speed is just too slow. It should be a minimum of 1mbps not 512kbps... #brutalloadingspeeds

Because there’s lots of good service @RogersHelps too: I got through to Rogers tech help on phone in 2 minutes. Agents were great. I needed (to pay for) a new PVR. The two reps at the King Street East store were smart, thorough, fast and friendly. One’s also a viewer. Thanks!

@RogersHelps @mp256 My family has been having issues all day accessing the app. Go to sign in and gets caught in a loop. Had to uninstall and reinstall on my phone to get it to work again, only to have the same issues a few hours later.

@RogersHelps I think the HBR article explains it well. Clearly, being proactive with your loyal customers about promos or opportunities to reduce plan fees is not in your best interests. It will eat into your profits. So, after all these years, Rogers continues to deliver customer frustration

@RogersHelps I hope so. I was a very happy loyal customer until I tried to upgrade my TV/Internet/Home Phone and smartphone in the last month. Perhaps tell chat reps & first line responders to stop pretending they're retentions and offer the best deals.

@RogersHelps ignite is sketchy again...guildwood area of toronto. Your map says no issues. Ongoing here, always lines strung thru trees instead of underground where they belong! Get your act together guys, we all pay way too freaking much for this crap to happen on a daily basis.

@RogersHelps so I receive a text stating that SHM has fixed my problem with my app, but yeah it still doesn’t work, they leave a live chat link for support and of course no one is working. Been dealing with this December and it’s quite frustrating!!

Anyone else having issues watching the leafs game with @Rogers honestly this is so annoying. Rogers should just give me tickets to games to prevent me being pissed off about the service.

@Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

Hey @Rogers and @NHL - this upcoming season has 31% less Regular Season Games than a normal year... and yet your “early bird discount” is only 11% cheaper than for #NHLLive vs. last year. You’re kidding right? That’s a shameless money-grab. You may be losing a customer...

@Rogers 500 down seems great until you realize Rogers throttles speeds as they chose for reasons that benefit them and customers are left confused why speeds arn't as advertised. Stick to smaller providers who are honest and transparent.
