@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

And I know that @Rogers laid off thousands of sales reps to focus on customer service under Joe Natale. But these “customer care” reps were not helpful because they kept switching me to someone else who would make me explain everything again.

@rogers unacceptable service moving from high speed to ignite, issue upon activation, tech required to home. Attempted to go back to high speed until then. 2 chats required and a chat xfer: 2 calls on 3rd xfer between high speed and ignite, still in hold 2hrs now

@Rogers @bell Have you looked into expanding internet into the N1A 2W2 area code? We are all stuck on subpar internet. The first company that brings high speed services here is sure to get all the people on board. The lockdown has shown us how bad our internet options really are.

I spent over two hours on chat w/ @Rogers trying to switch to a larger shared plan and buy an iPad yesterday. I got switched through at least 5 different customer care reps because of “technical difficulties”. I still don’t have a new plan or an iPad. #helpmehelpyou Rogers!

@RogersHelps Hard pass. Your 1st tech never showed during their 5-hr window Friday. 2nd tech didn't bother to test calling out/in after installing new landline modem. 3rd tech won't fix (remotely) for a couple of days (!?!). You crossing wires w/3rd tech would be all we need right now...
