@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

@Rogers, your CS reps are rude. Called and was on hold for about 1.5 hr. Once the rep responded, I was told I had the wrong number. Confirmed the number, and it was correct. Rep wanted to transfer the call with another 40 min hold. Asked for a supervisor, she said tough luck.

Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

How utterly & completely unsurprising that @Rogers is now trying to pass the blame to my ISP instead of on their technician for causing my wifi to go out. Can't even file a formal complaint against the technician because I'm not a Rogers customer.

@RogersHelps fix my internet. YOUR technician screwed up my non-Rogers internet while doing something for upstairs neighbour. I should not have to wait a day or 2 for you to get it fixed.
