@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

Follow up note! They responded immediately and resolved the issue! My comment was that I felt I was dealing with an actual human. Jessica, on the other end checked pulse, and confirmed that she was indeed human! I am voting for her as employee of the month! @RogersHelps
