Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

  • headaball1 Noel O Brien (@headaball1) reported from Cox's Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Our @RogersHelps internet and home phone seem to be down. Cable still working. #nlwx #dorian

@RogersHelps Telus seems like a good switch now. Even where I live in Burnaby the Rogers network has a dead zone and I’m lucky to get even 1 bar. I cannot even make a call from some rooms in house.

@mombunexpert @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps Each phone is different. Try turning off your cellular data so that your phone is solely connected to wifi. If that doesn't work, sorry.

  • ItsAmandaMac Amanda Mac (@ItsAmandaMac) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers FYI since we can’t call customer service, I tried to live chat on the (non Rogers) wifi. Nothing happens. It times out over and over.

  • SarahSongster _SarahSomeone_ (@SarahSongster) reported

@RogersHelps this isn't going to put roaming charges on our bills, will it? My service is out at this time, and the "R" above my reception is present.
