    @Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

    @RogersHelps what do I have to do to get my install rescheduled? I've contacted live chat 3 times now, and get told to call back later... issues with my account, account is locked etc. Why is this my problem!?!?! Why do I have to call more than once?

    @RogersHelps I’m trying to contract an additional product into my already existing account account. I have the internet + 2 phone lines and I would like to add TV . Several time trying and I just can’t get C.Service to pickup the phone. The IVR say more than 2 hours of wait line!

    @RogersHelps Talked to 5 people!! and was then told to call a different number. That number has a 20+ minute wait. Worst customer service I've ever seen
