Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

@RogersHelps How about you fix the phone system I had to wait 3 hrs for a callback then it told me I was next in line and then stated there was too much call volume and hung up on me instead of putting me through to the tech I was supposedly next to talk to
