@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

I have to say... this is a new record... it's taken to week 11 for me to have absolute dogsh!t service from @Rogers preventing me from watching football... Credit where it's due... most years I've had at least 3 Sundays of this garbage by now....

Anyone in the Alliston area that sees this, curious if you have Bell Fibe internet and what it’s reliability has been.. I’m currently with Rogers and over the past few weeks (since that service black out) service has been spotty & slow. @FibeBell @RogersHelps #internet #Barrie

@RogersHelps This could have happened to any company. Technology can have hiccups. I had calls to do, couldn’t text, no wifi. The main thing is that tech workers are fixing the issues.

But the way I see it is that there’s really not much I can do about it but let them work and fix it. Still think a months credit for one day of no service is a little much, no?

@xHarveyKiddx @RogersHelps @Rogers Typically I haven't had any issues with Roger's before, I've never really liked their customer service and it's always a royal pain when you have to deal with them, however I cannot recall a time where Roger's has had an outtage like this for this long with barely updating
