@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@Rogers @MapleSportsFan The only option in BC is ROGERS sportsnet now and the Leaf game is blacked out. I paid $200 for this service. I’ve been a satisfied NHL center I’ve customer for years but rogers has blocked the service in Canada.

@RogersHelps Rogers service became horrible. I've had internet issues since October 18 and not a single credit was issued. They subcontracted their billing to a company in Alberta and it is a disaster to say the least.

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers, why is it whenever a Leafs game is on TSN this season, the feed through IgniteTV the picture freezes or is of low quality, or there’s no picture at all, or it looses sound…no other channel has this problem.
