@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@RogersHelps No I actually want to keep this in the public domain because it's ridiculous the hoops you make customers go through. Tech just came, said he has 5-7 calls at my building and there clearly is an issue with the mainframe like I told the Rogers agent. Now we wait... #rogers
