I have to say... this is a new record... it's taken to week 11 for me to have absolute dogsh!t service from @Rogers preventing me from watching football... Credit where it's due... most years I've had at least 3 Sundays of this garbage by now....

Just spoke to them and it sounds like there was an outage yesterday and a signal issue today that will be fixed in 24/48 hours. Ours is back right now and hoping it stays. I had to use my data for a mtg today

I’ve been a Rogers customer for years. You would Think that they would want to keep customers happy Today I find out I’ve been paying $35 more a mth for family plan offered @ lower price for over a year. Shame on you @Rogers now looking for new provider. Suggestions anyone?
