I’ve definitely had my fair share of issues with @Rogers services over the years. However, due to a recent unsolicited promotional offer my internet is faster, my bill is cheaper (could do better), and I am enjoying free Disney Plus for 12 months. Not bad, guys.

@navinladda @Rogers I figure. But dealing with changes has been a nightmare since I switched to Ignite TV. Self service is horrible, but real life service is worse not due to the people, but the process

@Rogers No you don't. If you truly valued your customers, they wouldn't be paying these high rates for such mediocre service. You're losing my "gigabit" internet sergicr (which I have never seen get remotely near that speed), and three phone lines on Fido.

@RogersHelps I got an iPhone 6 on July 27,2020. Since then I have had issues with using apps despite updates. My friend just told me that my phone is outdated because iPhone is up to like 11. Should I contact the CRTC or are you going to upgrade me?
