We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!

It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.
