@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

Did they get hacked? Our personal info compromised? Why wouldn’t u want 2 know. Almost 30 hours & still not fixed. Ridiculous!
