🎈Beloved Brands🎈 (@BelovedBrands) reported from King, OntarioOne more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.
-
sheryl kingstone (@skingstone) reported from Vaughan, OntarioHey @RogersHelps this is the second time in about 2 weeks that I had to report an outage. That’s not best practice pro-active customer service. Your IVR is also extremely poorly organized.

Run. Stumble. Walk. (@RunStumbleWalk) reported from New Tecumseth, OntarioWords to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. -
M Kanner (@mkann85) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@Rogers ur ignite is the crapiest service. I have had to spend hours online and phone and it still won't work. Live chat drops out!! Wtf!!
-
Perry Schwartz (@PerryS33) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@TSN_Sports @RogersHelps why does the Leafs broadcast on TSN keep freezing up on Rogers Ignite? No other channel is an issue so it’s not a wifi or box reset issue.
-
Darik Horn (@dajhorn) reported from Newmarket, Ontario@Romcan2 @Rogers Because retrenching a broken cable is expensive and throwing wire is a quick fix.
-
Willie Handler, Canadian humourist and author (@WillieHandler) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@QueenofCastoria @Rogers It's not just this. My wireless wasn't working this morning. My internet has been intermittent since the outage. They obviously are having issues.

Jarrel Benedict (@jrlbenedict) reported from Newmarket, OntarioThere’s no home internet again, @RogersHelps. At this point, Rogers should be paying me. They charge exorbitant fees for awful services! It’s time the CRTC look into the big three telecommunications companies.
-
Space & Defense Sector (@SpaceSector001) reported from Purpleville, Ontario@Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.

-
Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.
-
Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yes!! Complaining will not do anything, you have to cancel the service. The only way to get them to listen is to take their money away. That is your only leverage. #cancelsportsnet
-
Matt Hunter (@GNB79) reported@RogersHelps I have received an invoice that shows -66.88 on the account and was told I have to speak to a customer service rep to process that back onto my card
-
CPost2020 (@CPost2020) reported**Fraud Alert** call claiming to be Roger’s threatening to cancel phone within 1 hr unless speak to Ottawa Police. Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reported@RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2
-
Gonmun/Bluesky bound (@therealgonmun) reported@Rogers I mistakenly paid to an old account instead of my new one. Now when I'm trying to get the payment transferred I'm being told I can only get a refund. AND your customer service rep is trying to sell me something after not being able to help. And when I call I get dc'd
-
Monarch Butterfly (@savemilkweed) reported@Rogers I can’t reach anyone at Rogers… you used to have wonderful service but now there is honestly no way to reach a human being even after 20 years of being a customer- but hey, if I worked for you and needed to return equipment, there’s an option for how I should do that
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
