@AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

seriously, every two weeks I have to deal with this bullshit internet going out just to have to wait 3 days minimum for a technician to come out. But if I decided not to pay my bill every other month just because I felt like it, that would be an issue right? @RogersHelps
