    Internet, home phone and cable were still out all day today. A tech named Omar assisted w ticket via @RogersHelps on Twitter. There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!

    @QueenofCastoria @Rogers It's not just this. My wireless wasn't working this morning. My internet has been intermittent since the outage. They obviously are having issues.

    @RogersHelps It's the last thing you want us to experience? REALLY??? We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

    My phone is finally up and running… took 3 days! 🙏🏾 for nothing @Rogers! Still finding a cheaper plan so holla at your boy major/minor service providers. You can convince me to join with a free iPhone 14 pro Max when it comes out.

    @Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.

    @RogersHelps they actually don’t help! They told me myTv issues were at the green box on the street. While still paid them for no service, I called and spent hrs on hold.Troubled shooter my issue and told them, there is no Main Street issue, it’s the refurbished

    @RogersHelps I did talk to the care team. Their response was that they didn't care that they went back on their word and the agreed upon resolution, and that someone would be in contact in 3-5 business days. Until then, no phone , no tv, no internet.

    On power hold with @Rogers @RogersHelps for over two hours. This is after being told three times in two days they are too busy to take your call. Too bad they only care about new customers and notexisting ones. @CRTCeng needs to force Canadian telecom companies to do better

    @MustardSports @MyHockeyBurner @Rogers Good. More Canadians need to cancel and send Rogers the message they deserve. Overpriced, restrictive sports packages are pushing fans away. No wonder Canadians look at options like ESPN+ with a VPN or turn to IPTV. Rogers created this frustration — not the fans. Do better.

    @MichelleRempel @Rogers Medicine Hat. They took door to door mail delivery away, our local media/newspaper. Replaced with CBC. @MichelleRempel were you aware of our loss? They've also been 'narrowing' our main streets for traffic. We'll be screwed in an emergency. Setting us up for chaos.
