An agent had agreed to not have me charged for overage fee due to a glitch in usage text alerts and my bill shows I was charged. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?

A DNS blocker on the home router catches the follow-up step: when the caller texts a link to a fake Service Canada page, the page refuses to load.

I’ve tried 3 seperate browsers(safari, chrome, Firefox). Tried a different device & even a different network(reg home internet & 5G cellular)
