    @Rogers Yet it keeps happening. Thanks for FINALLY trying to resolve the issue July 8, 2022. It caused a nationwide problem! Now, Ignite TV is lagging more than ever and the company says issues are resolved as Ted Rogers is kicking in his grave. #rogersoutrage #rogers

    I have to say... this is a new record... it's taken to week 11 for me to have absolute dogsh!t service from @Rogers preventing me from watching football... Credit where it's due... most years I've had at least 3 Sundays of this garbage by now....

    Words to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. 💸🤬 @RogersHelps

    Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

    Internet, home phone and cable were still out all day today. A tech named Omar assisted w ticket via @RogersHelps on Twitter. There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!

    @RogersHelps Anyone else having Rogers issues going on? Had 3 tech support ppl come over in 1 week to fix. No luck. Last guy said someone will come today. I called this morning to figure out time...call line said Rogers having internal issue/update..can't help me. WTAF???

    @RogersHelps I’ve been on hold, waiting to speak to an agent for 55+!minutes (and counting). this will be the 7th agent I have spoken/transferred to. spoke to 1st agent almost 2 hours ago. Any help would be more than appreciated. 🆘

    Why does the @Rogers ignite app never work properly? Slow to load live TV. Not loading PVR content. Always. Slow. Always. I could get to @FIAWEC's next race before it loads hour 1 of Portimao off my PVR. @RogersHelps

    Come on @Rogers and @ShawDirect! I just want to watch the Blue Jays. My satellite is intermittent (like 3 seconds at a time!) and my $400/mo mobile internet (the ONLY service available here) won't stream. Fix this!!!
