@RogersHelps are we getting a rebate or kick back on our bills for loss of service and usage, not to mention the great inconvenience? Lord knows Rogers does not fail to collect every dime if you use their services beyond the parameters of your contract. Fair is fair!!!

@Rogers @TyBiziness I have never seen Telus or bell have this type of problem, but a entire day with no service is total bullshit from one of the biggest telecommunication company’s in Canada. And also we all know you don’t truly apologize you just want our money

@AboutRogers @Rogers The cookie-cutter apologies are nice but are you going to compensate all of us for yesterday? And not just 1/30th of a month's service, but actually compensate us for a lost business/personal/etc day which has far deeper impact than the $4 credit or whatever you're considering?

@bassfarah @AboutRogers @Rogers Sunk time fallacy plays a major role, everyone’s ego believes that they can fix it quickly. Nobody wants to make the hard decision to admit defeat - some downgrades have other dependencies. Its ultimately the companies incompetency but theory and real world are rarely in sync

@AboutRogers @Rogers It wasn’t just yesterday the service is ok at best. This past week in general has been the worst. Worst move we made switching from Telus last year.. if it wasn’t for the phone deal we would nt have.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Not even a proper statement during the day yesterday... just retweeting bullshif and downplaying the outage to a few people.
