I’m so very done being a customer.

It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

Spoke to an unsympathetic manager. “Our ToS dictate that we are not financially responsible” “100% reliable coverage isn’t guaranteed” Paying for “maybe” ?
