One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

  • connoredwards
Connor Edwards (@connoredwards) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

  • troymore

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

@RogersHelps It’s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time

@Corey898912 @Garnet_2203 @Rogers Only weak cons want us to sign a bad deal that the bloated orange bully would rip up anyways…

@RogersHelps With the hospital wifi. I’ve been here for almost a month & this started about a week ago. There must be someone at Rogers who can help.

  • CircularLogic89
    CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

  • mcmanus17
    Dman (@mcmanus17) reported

@RogersHelps I haven’t noticed this issue before. I think it was just a one off but it was like something wasnt realizing that a commercial break was occuring.

  • Lunar_Dusk

@RogersHelps Thank you. Finally, I got an email with the final bill today. This May/20, it will automatically be paid, and I will cancel my bank account. Thanks again for your effort.

@RogersHelps The irony of a response 3 days later when service issues were impacting my connectivity is exactly the root of the problem I’m highlighting. Yes it’s figured out

@RogersHelps @Rogers How is it possible that my connection goes down 3 or 4 times a night. Is it just in the Vaughan market. Internet and WIFI are working fine. Please just fix it! This has been going on for over a month. Very Frustrating!!!! Why!!!!!!!!
