    Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

    Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

    @RogersHelps Monday down the drain. Have had no service most of the business day. Being a small business owner and having no cell service while on the road is pretty frustrating. Thought this would have been resolved this morning. #fail

    Due to a major service interruption (@RogersHelps, @Rogers cell service), if you are in Canada and with Rogers/Fido you may not have cell service. I hope resolved soon. I'm affected - can't make or receive any calls. Kinda important to an emergency on-call psychiatrist!

    @RogersHelps Intermittent??? Lol it’s been over 12 hours now. Are we being refunded for the day?? I have had nothing but issues with service for over a year. Time to switch to Bell.

    @RogersHelps Seeing as you guys love to nickle & dime us to no end, do we all get one days credit? Won't mean much but been without service since about 2am and again, you love to nickle and dime us to death? No I won't be requesting it, make sure your payroll devs are working on it.

    @tealllllllll @Rogers Exactly. Try selling real estate when you cannot get any service, contact your clients, book appointments. This is horrendous.
