Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

@DrVivianS @Rogers At least they had a security guard something I have rarely seen in NS. However, the same issue arose for me and both the store and govt told me not their issue . I advised I had the right of self defense and they should send an ambulance for the guard as I am old and rusty

Hey @RogersBiz you gave me $2 off for a whole day of outage, my internet has been on and off for a month and now out completely the last 2 hours. Unacceptable !!!! Bell doesn’t have these issues, been a faithful customer for 20 years! I’m done

What is happening to @Rogers been on hold now for 1hr 29mins for technical support to respond to my home internet down. Same thing happened yday and after 1hr 43mins the line suddenly went dead. @Rogers

1/. The @CRTC is a disgusting organization who just threw the average Canadian under the bus in order to cater to the Big Telcos BCE, @Rogers, and @TELUS and reducing competition. We'll all keep having to pay more. How about you do your job and help the average person. #CRTC
