  • troymore
Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

  • connoredwards
Connor Edwards (@connoredwards) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

  • tm96
tracy martell (@tm96) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

  • brandonscript
Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

  • DelroyDyer89
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

  • TheDadBrand
Brandon Starcevic (@TheDadBrand) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

  • EarlAllen
Earl Allen (@EarlAllen) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Very confused as to why this new iPhone 12 Pro on a 5G network is sooo incredibly slow. @AppleSupport @RogersHelps

  • brentsmi
Brent Smithurst (@brentsmi) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

  • slhudson
Sandra Hudson (@slhudson) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • paul__sullivan
Call me Sully 🇨🇦 (@paul__sullivan) reported

@RogersHelps I have wasted more than 7 hours trying to deal with this on behalf of a 90 yr old relative who, unfortunately, is not returning home from the hospital. This is turning into the kind of story that earns Rogers a terrible reputation and loses customers for life.

  • many_876
    Many (@many_876) reported

The reason @TorontoFC is struggling is @BMOField looks like garbage compared to other MLS stadiums and that @Rogers is a fuckkin worthless trash owner

  • MacDoug1
    BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported

@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

  • UCANSMB
    Joey Stewart (@UCANSMB) reported

@Garnet_2203 @ravira @Rogers God damn… I see how ppl fell for Elbows up LOL their comprehension is non-existent. You dumb ***** don’t know the difference between ACTUAL layoffs vs OFFERING buyouts/early retirement… no wonder this country is going to ****

  • loosenedspirit
    logan (@loosenedspirit) reported

@RogersHelps > once you are speaking with them what happened to support on social media?

  • MattDeLuco
    Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported

@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?

  • Andrew_Pottie
    Andrew Pottie (@Andrew_Pottie) reported

@nuttyskadork @RogersHelps I had Shaw but I finally dumped them after they increased my internet-only service from $55/month to $128/month over about 8 years, for essentially the same service.

  • store189900
    . (@store189900) reported

@RogersHelps I sent an email regarding a major billing error for my business account and haven’t received a response. I'm being billed for 2 lines at $396+ instead of the 1 line at $20 I signed up for. Can someone help me get this corrected? #Rogers #BillingError

  • dannygalea99
    Danny Galea (@dannygalea99) reported

@ShamsCharania @Rogers owners of the Raptors should never be forgiven for letting Masai go.

  • Jimbb5022
    High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers may want to reevaluate how those cases are being handled. Maybe reconsider treating that department as the final escalation point, because from a customer perspective the process was very disappointing.
