  • tm96 tracy martell (@tm96) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

  • brandonscript Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

  • connoredwards Connor Edwards (@connoredwards) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

  • EarlAllen Earl Allen (@EarlAllen) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Very confused as to why this new iPhone 12 Pro on a 5G network is sooo incredibly slow. @AppleSupport @RogersHelps

@Rogers @Fidomobile That dip in profit? Ya'll took a pretty big hit from Shaw / Freedom mobile because you'd rather gouge for every sent and crush competition than actually be a service and company people want to do business with, not FORCED to do business with 8/

  • thingleaderof5 HeatherMTee (@thingleaderof5) reported

@Rogers You realize that this affected some aspects of NON-customer lives as well? My online banking was shot for a while because of this. Learn. Do better.

  • Gtech1983 Greg Hamilton (@Gtech1983) reported

@RogersHelps @mbnicolosi @universallyx Never in my almost 20 years as a customer has that happened, it was extremely inconvenient, unsure if I missed any important calls

  • macr58306856 macr (@macr58306856) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Seriously, now cable , wifi , internet is down. Two days in a row? The next time your agent calls us to switch to ignite TV, I’ll remind you of the unreliability your service offers fir the $$$$$$. Perhaps you competitors will make us a better deal.

  • LolaSpeaking Rita Chand (@LolaSpeaking) reported

Anyone else noticing since the network outage yesterday was restored, i have had approximately 12 "Potential fraud" calls on my cell vs never happening before. Is that connected or just coincidental? @RogersHelps

  • ArkhamSmoke Arkham Smoke (@ArkhamSmoke) reported

@Rogers This is the most tone deaf, and horrible response your company could issue, you left the country without service, essential services. People couldn't work, or check on their loved ones. Who on earth in your PR department thought that this would be a good release? 1/

  • SoodManhar Manhar Sood (@SoodManhar) reported

@Rogers Thanks for your message. Issue is resolved on my device now.

  • shreedelo Toronto North 🇨🇦 (@shreedelo) reported

@Rogers Why is internet so slow? I pay premium. Live stream goes choppy. Come on man Stop this malarky

  • obidankenobi_ Dan (@obidankenobi_) reported

Yesterday was @Rogers now I got no service with @Shaw Greeeeeaaat

  • ArkhamSmoke Arkham Smoke (@ArkhamSmoke) reported

@Rogers I'm convinced Rogers doesn't have PR because no one in their right mind would approve such an insulting and garbage response. If someone subscribes to your average infinite plan at $80 per month that means their daily service fee is $2.66 2/
