    Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

    Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    @Rogers so extremely disappointed with Rogers and the lack of service I have received. literally hours of time trying to upgrade my phone!11 years of being a loyal Rogers customer has come to an end. Why is it so hard to be treated well by these big companies? Bu Bye Rogers! 😡

    @Rogers what is the number for customer care to actually get help? We have been passed around to every department and every person we speak to says it’s someone else’s department and to call “this” number. Total 3hrs spent... COME ON! 😤

    @RogersHelps I spoke to five different agents from three departments, including the credit department. Apparently, Rogers is entirely controlled by computers and no one can connect me to the network manually. That's what I gathered from what the agent from the credit department said anyway.
