Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

@SportingPhil @RogersHelps My cell phone provider is different, but tethering to my phone for data isn’t efficient either. It’s much slower. Other than that, I can’t afford to have another service on top of that in case one goes down.

@RogersHelps Thanks. I loath speaking to them. I’ve had to call them to renew my service &they’ve screwed it up 4 out of 5x. Once it took 5 phone calls, 7 hours & 4 months later to fix one mistake because they refused to listen. Now they lie? I’d rather eat my sock then call. But thanks.

@RogersHelps any idea when the internet issue in London will be fixed? Around 1pm I was told probably an hour or two or else I would be contacted - haven't heard from Roger's so I contacted again and just told they are aware & it's still down ..any idea?

Hey @rogers or @ShawInfo .. whoever owns BC’s cable provider… no access to Disney+ on the Blue Curve box all day. Customer service was ZERO helpful & a waste of time. Thanks for nothing
