Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

  • slhudson
Sandra Hudson (@slhudson) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

  • TheDadBrand
Brandon Starcevic (@TheDadBrand) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

  • DelroyDyer89
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

  • brandonscript
Brandon Rylow (@brandonscript) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

  • connoredwards
Connor Edwards (@connoredwards) reported from Oak Bay, British Columbia

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

@RogersHelps Two nights in a row I had no internet over TV. Why is my bill so high if you can't provide reliable service. The first night was hours and last night was all night. I'm going to switch to Bell because these happens too often. 😡

  • youngster1015
    Bobby (@youngster1015) reported

@KCCOVancity @Tracey_YYC @Rogers Do you think rogers cares if you leave?? Check their quarterly results the past 5 years - for every customer who leaves, 1.25 become a new rogers customer- it is called net post paid adds.

  • Gatorlite_1
    Dave Lahey (@Gatorlite_1) reported

@RogersHelps I just changed my package for a 2 year term roughly a month ago. There is an error. As a customer I should be able to speak with a human to explain the error?

  • Sploxx2775689
    Sploxx the Automaton (@Sploxx2775689) reported

There was no cost cutting. The Roger’s family are ******* parasites on Canadian culture. The reason @Rogers fired the radio crews today is because people preferred to listen the radio broadcasts over the grossly over priced pile of **** they sell.

  • itzStephieLynne

Anyone else having issues with their @Rogers @RogersHelps mobile service in Toronto rn?

  • Hossco75

@Rogers as soon as my contract is done I will never deal with you again over your treatment of the radio stations like @Sportsnet960 discussed

  • QuInToN_MiS
    Quinton (@QuInToN_MiS) reported

@CityNewsKIT This is awful! I listen to 570 every morning on my way to work and often listen to Ranger games. 570 is an institution for our local news. Awful decision @Rogers

@RogersHelps wtf over an hour waiting on the phone I have no internet and I pay how much for my services?

  • broseke
    Bernie Roseke (@broseke) reported

@MichelleRempel @Rogers If Canada were growing, you wouldn’t be seeing things shutting down regularly. This one even in the heart of Canada’s economic engine where two thirds of the growth is supposedly happening. It continues to feel pessimistic in spite of big talk by Mark Carney. All problems get solved with grand announcements of more and bigger government intervention, and the voters seem to lap it up. Canada will probably not be G7 country within a generation.
