Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

Remind me to choose "Pick up in store" instead of delivery from @Rogers as they use @FedExCanada . Literally sat at my door all day and they still put "Delayed: customer not reachable"...? Never have I ever received my package on time from FedEx. No DM help from @FedExCanadaHelp

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

For the 2nd month in a row I am about to waste an hour (at least) of my time contacting @Rogers about billing errors - I’m just about to pull the plug after 21 years as a customer- be warned if they offer you a better deal!

Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Well here we are days later and Ignite tv is down again in Barrie. It’s been freezing, spotty audio and black screens since the restoration and now it’s totally down again. What’s up@Rogers? I think after 20+ years as a customer I’ll be switching to Bell

Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps you forced Ignite on me and since #rogersoutrage it hasn’t been working. What’s the ETA on getting service back?

Currently paying full price to watch a slideshow on my TV. Are you planning to compensate all Ignite TV users for this garbage service? Because 2 days compensation isn't cutting it. This is ridiculous @RogersHelps. And don't tell me to unplug my modem. That's not the problem.

Three days after @Rogers outage and still TV signal is patchy, freezes frequently, and no live rewind. Since when did they replace cable broadcast with a lousy zoom meeting? @TorontoStar @CanadianPress
