    Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

    Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

    @RogersHelps You may want to tell customers to unplug and plug their modems back in to regain internet access. That's what I did this morning. Your phone customer service person didn't tell us to do that yesterday. He told us to be patient. Better training needed.

    @AViarruel @RogersHelps @rogershelps Quit playing stupid with customers. It's apparent there's still widespread issues with LTE service being intermittent and no home internet..it's day 3. Stop telling us service is restored. It's not.

    @JFN1971 @RogersHelps @RogersHelps continue to toe the line that service has restored to most customers. I'm 3 days w/o internet & have a spotty LTE connection. My friends & family with Rogers saying the same - there's been no communication updates. When will service be restored? Nothing but silence.
