    Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

    @RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

    Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

    @rogerstv @RogersTVNB @Rogers how many times, time after time, do we have to fall victim to your TERRIBLE PAY PER VIEW SERVICE. Movies ending early. Movies freezing. Movies not starting after pausing. You would think we’d learn after being burned so many times.

    @Rogers why do you guys make it impossible to cancel a service over the phone i have been transferred numerous times and I had to wait hours to get to an agent and they again transfer me, this is not good

    @RogersHelps we just had some intense thunder and lightning in St. John's my WiFi is not coming back on. Have reset the router/modem several times. Is there an outage?
