@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@CP24 Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!

@RogersHelps I am trying to change/add a new service to my bundle. It shouldn’t be totally impossible for me to speak to someone to get this done. I have tried multiple times a day for four days. When I clicked that I wanted a new service, I immediately got someone who said he couldn’t help

  • ottawaretail
    Marie Ottawa (@ottawaretail) reported

@Rogers i'm trying to connect with you on the phone and it keeps telling me there too many in queue and hanging up on me that is very rude.

  • UntamedVoice
    UntamedVoice (@UntamedVoice) reported

@RogersHelps I spent 4+ hours on phone with multiple agents and customer service. There are no eligibility requirements. I’ve checked on my offers page after clicking the “get offer online”. I can see what offers are there. If this offer was there, I wouldn’t have called or posted here.

@kvlovely19 @Rogers How is a modem supposed to turn their service on?

  • alancross
    Alan Cross 🇨🇦 (@alancross) reported

Hey @Rogers ! I’ve spent FIVE HOURS on the phone today (mostly on hold) trying to book a service call for my Rogers home security. I’ve been transferred 7 times and had the call drop twice. Your customer service is ABYSMAL!

    roodawakening (@rood1983) reported

@alancross @Rogers the only time they want to talk is when you cancel service, then they’ll call you 3 or 4 times a day….
