    once again the @Rogers @Sportsnet app is acting like utter ****. Trying to watch on dely - freezing, jumping making it almost impossible to watch. For a media company you app is an embarrassment

    @MacDoug1 So wow, just poor customer service! So what can you do against the collection agency?? Never again using @Rogers internet or mobile. Bad enough using satellite Although they have improved the picture quality.

    @MarsellientEl @Rogers Doesn't come up as Rogers, but sometimes calls from service providers don't ID themselves either. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of not answering unknown numbers as I am responsible for a family member in long term palliative care & important calls come in from all over

    Hey @Rogers, I requested to move my internet service last month. A technician came out and told me that the Telus cable currently in use is provided by my landlord, while the Rogers cable is buried behind the drywall. Apparently, I now need to hire a third party to demolish the drywall and access the Rogers cable just to get my internet installed. Is Rogers going to help resolve this, or should I just switch to @TELUS?
