    @Rogers My internet has been down for hours. And it has sucked for weeks. This fancy "Ignite" service is not worth what I am paying for it. I need stable, reliable internet for work & my healthcare. So, when can I expect to have access to that?

    @Rogers @Bell @TELUS you know what would be a ingenious idea for mobile service plans, bundle cell phone with home internet, and your mobile data is simply an extension of your home internet. No more of this "unlimited" data throttled once you hit your cap.

    @RogersHelps I can never forward ports now that we have rogers ignite. I’m unable to play multiplayer on Xbox because of this. Always says “we’re having some trouble, please try again.”HELP!

    @Rogers It came back up…my point was “we’re busy, try again later” is terrible support…tell me there’s a problem and you’re working on it. It shouldn’t be on the customer to keep trying to get support over and over again.

    @RogersBiz Working remotely, Rogers Internet repeatedly dropped while I was CHAIRING DAILY troubleshooting meetings with dozens of experts from multiple companies. Mortifyingly bad look for a contract project manager. Rogers totally indifferent and combative when asking for assistance.

    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone with your support with a window of ETA being sometime tonight - so glad I have people over to watch the CFL on TV - so much fun looking at a blank screen !!! But heh I hear that there are other more reliable services - Monday I call to switch !
