Second @rogers outage in a day!!!!! How do you claim to be “reliable”???!!!! Now I’m on hold for probably an hour. And the only reason I can call is because the land line is with @Bell_Support !!! And for this exact reason I will never switch the land to @rogers!!!

@MarkCRamsay @Rogers Run away from Rogers. They are the absolute worst. I am in the middle of finding a new provider for the same issue. On top of that they don’t follow through on their promotions. Awful customer service.

@Shamar1025 @Rogers Cancel with them. I am in the process of it as well. They cancelled a promotion they promised me half way through. I even showed them an email with what they promised. Now I am waiting for their management team to call back. 5 business day wait. Trust me Rogers is ridiculous.
