@RogersHelps My cellular service never goes above two bars, and can’t even load Twitter fully, why? I’m in a populated area, this is ridiculous for the amount we pay.

That’s it @RogersHelps I’m switching to Bell Fibe once they finish running it down my road. Maybe they will have more reliable internet. These almost daily outages with Rogers are ridiculous.

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to reach your customer service for a routine billing question, and have been on hold for over 60min twice on two separate days. Seems like the approach here is - raise prices, provide worse service, show no accountability. Rinse, repeat.
