    @Bell your Wireless Internet 25 Service has deteriorated from a good service to a horrible service in the space of 4 months. Why? They oversold the capacity of their system as confirmed by 3 techs. Switching to @RogersHelps in 1 week.

    Anybody know how to escalate something @rogers we have a credit on our account and @rogers wants us to pay for services not received #Frustration customer services says there is no one who can help us because of the way the system is set up

    @RogersBiz an hour and 4! transferred calls later for a SIMPLE INSTALL and YOU DROP THE CALL???!!!!! WTF Rogers?! HOW is this worth the THOUSANDS I PAY?? Will be finding another carrier. Well, it’s Canada…the Other carrier. What terrible terrible service
