@Rogers has to be the biggest joke of a company. 47 minutes on hold and we’re still going… ignite is the dumbest invention. Here we are having issues again, but now we need to add another useless ignite box to the line up. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

@RogersHelps - now I have remote that doesn't work properly. Replaced the batteries and still getting a really long lag time when you try to access the guide. Add this issue to the ever growing list of crap that is #RogersIgnite

Classic example of miscommunication and fake customer promise- Asked several times about an add-on by @RogersBiz and after porting in the business clearly denies everything. @Twitter is not a verified channel for them
