    @Rogers walked by a rogers store at eagles landing (duff and major mac) and asked if they can help change my billing online.. they said do it online yourself.. I am thinking there's no one in the store so what can they be busy with to not help a customer

    @RogersHelps I’ve been experiencing cable pixelating on numerous TV stations for 18 days. 2 technicians and 2 maintenance techs have not solved the issue. The message on my tv screen reads “this service is currently not available “. I’m billed for them. ??

    @RogersHelps @CNBC The issue is still not resolved. I read elsewhere that this could be a feed issue relating to the Olympics. I would hope that you are able to run market coverage during the day and then switch to Olympics in the evening. We subscribe to CNBC for market info - thx.

    @Rogers I can’t believe this. Everyday around noon time the internet goes down. Funny thing is the tech was just here yesterday and said fixed it. This is extremely FRUSTRATING!!!

    @RogersHelps Fibre work was being done on our lawn today in Stittsville and they had disconnected Rogers. They have filled the hole but Rogers is still down. Ignite modem blinking amber, blinks green after 15mins or so, then flashes green/red. Rebooted again and now amber flash

    @glott77 @Rogers @RogersHelps Or the simple thing of viewing your real time mobile data usage, not a 12 hour delay, unless you're on a specific type of plan. Even paying 80$ didn't qualify for me to view my real time data. Give yourself all the gold stars and accolades you want, your service is subpar
