    @RogersHelps I have already spent months trying to resolve this via phone. The account is sent to collections despite a formal CCTS resolution (#COMP-01368301) and equipment return. I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.

    @RogersHelps #Rogers Dollar Store Internet is DOWN again in Markham on April 23rd in the middle of @NHL Playoff Overtime Games! @Rogers is a total joke! They are incapable of providing a reliable service, the only thing they are good at, is ripping off customers! ๐Ÿ–•

    2 AM and @Rogers is STILL down... This is NOT a way to make a good impression with a new customer. It's been more than 12 hours now with no home phone, cable TV, or internet and all I hear from #Rogers is crickets... #CRTC

    @RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a humanโ€™s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.

    @RogersHelps From my experience, the Rogers Ambassador Team is totally useless. They botched my account and flat out lied to me and then made unauthorized changes to my account that even your customer care team can't seem to figure out! 19 year customer that's about to switch!
