@RogersHelps Called last nite, waited 3 hrs, Susan your empl. answered, told her my issues, she transferred me to Ignite techs., recording said long wait and disconnected. Only 2 channels, TV, they cut out, brantford ont. When fixed?

@RogersHelps @CHOODBOLOGNA Why have we been without our Rogers ignite tv for over 50 hrs now? You keep telling customers everyone is up and running and you know that is BS. You don’t have a 3 hr wait time to technical support at 730 in the morning if most people are up and running.

Day 3 of the Great Rogers Outage of 2022 begins. While my service isn't completely down, it's not able to maintain a steady connection and we're likely not going to be able to stream our service at work today. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage

@Rogers @RogersHelps Still no internet here in Pickering. Service down for 3 days and counting. No updates. The ‘restored’ service after July 8th outage lasted few hours. Down again since yesterday morning.

@Alexb2100 @RogersHelps @rogershelps Quit playing stupid with customers. It's apparent there's still widespread issues with wireless service being intermittent and no home internet..it's day 3. Stop telling us service is restored. It's not.
