    What is happening to @Rogers been on hold now for 1hr 29mins for technical support to respond to my home internet down. Same thing happened yday and after 1hr 43mins the line suddenly went dead. @Rogers

    @DrVivianS @Rogers In short, the guard moved . The other tactic I have used is to take of my pants as no mask no clothes and I have never gotten past the zipper as they do not want to call the cops on a senile old man -ps made sure I had underwear on .

    @RogersHelps we’ve been having problems with the voice command function on our ignite remote. Says “something’s not quite right. Voice commands aren’t working right now. Please try again shortly” Is this an isolated issue or something happening with everyone?

    @rogers callback feature is a joke - 3 attempts to use this service now and each time straight to voicemail - great way to avoid actually dealing with the issue. Before you ask, yes the ringer is on and tested!

    @RogersHelps When is Rogers going to allow my iPad Pro 5G to actually connect to their 5G network? I have an Infinite plan with added tablet, but it’s only allowed to connect to LTE - very disappointing as your marketing features tablets being used with 5G!
