    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    @Rogers I’m Reporting A Display Problem With Rogers Wireless LTE Display Of Usage Twice Now, I Signed Into My Rogers, Last Night & Today, Data Usage Disappeared Showing Unlimited & To Buy 3G For $15 I Rebooted, Signed In ~ I Currently have 27.80G left on this cycle out of 56G

    Jeez @RogersHelps. Most websites won’t load on my iPad now. Rebooted the router. Rebooted the iPad. No go. This is terrible. Same thing as last week.

    @DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Great read. As a Fido user in Gatineau, just outside the Ottawa area, my Fido bars were a 2 or 3 during the entire outage.

    @NascarWeeWee @RogersHelps I spent hours on cell today begging them for extra data so I wouldn't have to worry about using up mobile while they fix their new outage today. They pushed me to upgrade my plan and said they can't add data. Why not? I over pay to have both cell and wifi with Rogers.

I've seen nothing and both my work and personal phones were out and glitchy for days.. huge hassle for someone in healthcare who was unable to make urgent calls to my office or to clients. Huge safety issue also with high risk cts

    @Bell_Aliant service is down in CBS area. Fibe is completely dead. Fix this before we have another @Rogers situation.

    @BryanPassifiume @RogersHelps I've been a huge fan of the level of customer service I have received over the years from @startca (sub off Rogers I know) however call centre LOCAL, never a long cue, and nothing but friendly helpful assistance. Also have referral program. Please PM for email.

    @brarnavi96 @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet and TV down here in Waterloo. Asked cust service for extra mobile data since I foolishly have both home and cell with Rogers. You would think I had asked for food off their children's plates. Even after THEIR MISTAKE, Rogers is stingy, argumentative and punitive.
