    @RogersHelps Are there current issues with both your smartphone and ignite hub apps as neither are signing in? Just got ignite 2 days ago and all was working the last two days.

    I’m floored that @RogersHelps is apathetic about losing customers. The “loyalty” dept tried calling once, didn’t leave a msg. Customer svc can’t offer decent plans. It would be nice to speak to someone who could offer an affordable plan for 5 lines. #whereistheloyalty

    My phone is pretty broken. Smashed my iPad and I don’t even want to know how much it will cost to fix or replace. I’m hitting refresh on my email waiting for @Rogers to send me a notification that they have a phone - any phone - in stock. I stayed with them - for now.

    (1 of 3) Unbelievably bad service @RogersHelps... Tried to close my father's service this morning, had to 3-way Dad in to get his authorization (even though I am authorized on the account), he says "Yes, cancel", she says "Ok, we can close the account" and then line cuts out...

    @brilang @RogersHelps We did that when switching from Rogers to @Shawhelp. I am less than impressed with Shaw’s coverage. It’s 2021.. I shouldn’t lose signal in the Massey Tunnel with Shaw when other providers work fine. That’s not the only place that Shaw’s signal is crap. (1/2)
