    @RogersHelps @Rogers Thanks Rogers for shutting off my internet early despite paying till end of month. Thank goodness we are changing providers next week. Never go with Rogers. Ever. Changing phones and internet. Done.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps says there is no tech to help fix their mistake this weekend by cancelling my internet. I'm stuck paying till the end of the month for YOUR error. This is unacceptable!

    B BEWARE IF @Rogers calls to talk about your internet. DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

    @HalosOfAmber @haydenjack @RogersHelps My web cams went down at 2-2:30 when I woke up at 5:30 the internet was down. At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

    @RogersHelps lost HD CBC for leafs hockey in guelph ON. Was ok when it started. Went back and black screen. All other channels ok and yes did restart box. Now watching in non HD. Please check this service.

    8 hours since the cable was ripped from our house, children are using it for jump rope in the street. @rogers your customer service is terrible.

    @RogersHelps internet is still going off intermittently. Was fine all morning then twice in last 10min has gone out for about 1min each before coming back. This has to be a Rogers issue.

    @RogersHelps Hello, the CNBC channel in Toronto is showing with black borders along the sides of the picture. It normally shows in full screen mode. Other channels are shown in full screen. Any idea what happened, is the fix a broadcast fix?

    @RogersHelps Works fine on Smartphone with no issues it seems. Trying the same show that is giving me issues on the tablet. Tablet is up to date with software. Apps are all up to date as well. I actually just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same issue. 😩
