I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.
