B BEWARE IF @Rogers calls to talk about your internet. DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

  • pisceanpaul
Paul Cocker (@pisceanpaul) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps No offense, but 5 days is crap. I missed work because of this too. Plus my TV is still acting up. Try again, you can do better than that.

  • TheKarltopia
Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@RogersHelps This was pathetic. I'm pretty bad about this. With all the technology that you guys advertise, the fact that you don't have a Call Back option is mind boggling.

  • DebbieH039
Debbie Holland (@DebbieH039) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!

  • thiagoneres
Thiago Neres (@thiagoneres) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps My wi-fi is down since 7am. I work from home and I missed important meetings. Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

  • TheGospelOfChad
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps, Rogers services not working, must be a day of the week that ends in "y." Rebooted my box and now ROD refuses to load any content and it's been over 20 minutes. Time to call Bell and listen to their offers. Their stuff may not be any better but it can't be worse.

  • Toyotasrgr8cars
M (@Toyotasrgr8cars) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps very annoyed Rogers, 4 days of no service, now today having issues with my phone yet again, only to find out it’s a network outage, wow might be time to head over to freedom mobile. Tried resetting my phone, resetting network settings, re-instal SIM card

@RogersHelps Sent a DM as requested. Thanks for not responding and proving my point about your terrible customer service.

  • darrendempsey73
Darren Dempsey (@darrendempsey73) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Rogers @NHL on rogers is absolutely horrible. Constant buffering with 150 Mbps Rogers cable, I pay for an app and have to watch an ad before streaming a game. Not impressed

  • GurpartapSS
Gavy (@GurpartapSS) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers

  • 1_bande
Brenda Atchison 🇨🇦 (@1_bande) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thanks for your help all worked out. Sorry I thought that I had DM’d that.

  • thechadrsmith
Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

  • dave_macadian
Dave MacKay (@dave_macadian) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

8 hours since the cable was ripped from our house, children are using it for jump rope in the street. @rogers your customer service is terrible.

  • 1_bande
Brenda Atchison 🇨🇦 (@1_bande) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

  • Irene_NoKillTO
    Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported

@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.

  • christhorneart
    Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported

@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Yes!! Complaining will not do anything, you have to cancel the service. The only way to get them to listen is to take their money away. That is your only leverage. #cancelsportsnet

  • GNB79
    Matt Hunter (@GNB79) reported

@RogersHelps I have received an invoice that shows -66.88 on the account and was told I have to speak to a customer service rep to process that back onto my card

  • CPost2020
    CPost2020 (@CPost2020) reported

**Fraud Alert** call claiming to be Roger’s threatening to cancel phone within 1 hr unless speak to Ottawa Police. Claim to transfer call to police then fake cop with badge # says to download Secure App to make visual complaint. Yeah so they have photo ID @Rogers @OttawaPolice

@RogersHelps @CSintent71330 Simply terrible support from Rogers with MyRigers being hacked

  • dannymcgrathy
    Dan McGrath (@dannymcgrathy) reported

@RogersHelps Sorry, never an iPhone here. My Samsung is supposed to detect this. It is a common shoreline issue that should be run up the chain there. I quick look at US roaming refunds issues along any great lake shoreline should indicate there is a problem there. 1/2

  • therealgonmun
    Gonmun/Bluesky bound (@therealgonmun) reported

@Rogers I mistakenly paid to an old account instead of my new one. Now when I'm trying to get the payment transferred I'm being told I can only get a refund. AND your customer service rep is trying to sell me something after not being able to help. And when I call I get dc'd

  • savemilkweed
    Monarch Butterfly (@savemilkweed) reported

@Rogers I can’t reach anyone at Rogers… you used to have wonderful service but now there is honestly no way to reach a human being even after 20 years of being a customer- but hey, if I worked for you and needed to return equipment, there’s an option for how I should do that

  • CommEng
    comm eng (@CommEng) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
