Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. -
Wesley Crawford (@Hipfan4ever) reported from Cambridge, OntarioB BEWARE IF @Rogers calls to talk about your internet. DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

-
Kevin (@kevin_maltby) reported from Kitchener, OntarioBut that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.
-

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps The quality of your services is decreasing from bad to worst. Kudos for achieving this milestone. I feel uncomfortable to look into a map or link to find out if there is an outage in my area. In 2026, with AI at your fingertips, there must be a smart solution to fix this.
-
s. (@silmapps) reported@RogersHelps 1/2 You want to help? Here's a few suggestions for you... 1. Representatives that speak fluid English or at least English we can understand! 2. Representatives who read notes before calling clients. 3. Not treating loyal clients who have been paying almost 400 a month for
-
Scott Benning (@WeyburnSoccer) reportedIs @Rogers management unaware of how unbelievably terrible their customer service is, or is that the corporate culture that they are trying to develop. Exhaust, obfuscate, and frustrate their clients into submission. Truly awful.
-
Coach’s Kid (@_Coaches_kid) reported@Canucks @Rogers Step 1: Promote twins ✅ Step 2: Promote friends ✅ Step 3: Hire more friends ✅ Step 4: Draft coach’s son Step 5: Draft more twins Step 6: Sell tkts/merch Step 7: Never win Cup

-
Nishit Dey (@NishitDey1) reported@RogersHelps See this is what i was saying... instead of actual help just avoiding the problem... you would have jumped in if i was new customer.. Thank you for proving this. ... worse after service
-
@416ash (@416ash) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers I moved from COAX to Nextbox to Ignite to Xfinity and have none of those issues with Rogers in the same home. Everything has been assigned and billed to my account as it should. I record and review every detail and escalate to Rogers social media team. That said, I don’t trust any of the big 3. I have Rogers cable/Crave/internet & home phone — it goes out too often. Least reliable services of the big 3. Absolutely no mobile signal, even with a booster installed. Bell I have an old copper landline and two mobile lines for family. Work but crazy $$$. Telus I have a mobile line, and their Streaming services bundle. Dependable, good service. Office of the CEO is always there. $$. Freedom mobile line (useless) but cheap global roaming & Public mobile (increadibly cheap) for security purposes. I hope to cut two vendors soon. It’s amazing how the big brands we grew up trusting in the 70s & 80s have fumbled their advantages.
-
Myrna Lambert (@myrnalambert) reported@RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

Bill Wellman (@bill_dub) reported@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer
