CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

tonich (@tonich50244573) reportedI’ve been calling since Monday regarding a refund that was supposed to be in my account by now. I already canceled my service due to poor customer service, but being on hold for over 40 min without an answer is a total lack of respect for consumers. Resolve this @RogersHelps

Vikas Singh (@Vikas_Ahar) reported@Rogers Unfortunately I wanna say I had worst experience with you Today, was trying to change my plan with your Agent after long hold and on call for 30 mins, my call was disconnected and never received a call Back. Been with @Rogers from years,Seems like you don’t value loyality

Tahseen Rahman (@Tahseen_Rahman) reported@tobi @Rogers A silent carrier update breaking hotspot with zero release notes, discovered while stuck in traffic — that's a genuinely terrible way to find out. Carrier software QA is some of the worst in the industry precisely because customers have nowhere else to go.

Gerald Dabbles (@dabblebutz) reported@Rogers when are you going to support RCS encryption between iPhones and androids?

❀ Mark ✿ (@GreenPixelField) reported@Rogers I promise you I'll never get your services. You have some of the rudest salespeople I have ever experienced. All so damn pushy and rude. How is mocking me supposed to be a sales tactic? It could actually be the best price locally (though I severely doubt it) and I won't

Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

D (@OllKorrect_eh) reportedWhat a great experience with @Rogers this morning 1) spoke to an agent in Morocco (I thought it was Canadian’s who worked for you IN CANADA) 2) got bounced around to like 4-5 agents in less than an hour, had to threaten cancellation and CRTC to have someone help. 1/2

White Morpheus (@_slime_man) reported@RogersHelps Doesn't matter though I've already had to come home and **** up my entire day for this, thanks!

Call me Sully 🇨🇦 (@paul__sullivan) reported@RogersHelps I have wasted more than 7 hours trying to deal with this on behalf of a 90 yr old relative who, unfortunately, is not returning home from the hospital. This is turning into the kind of story that earns Rogers a terrible reputation and loses customers for life.
