@RogersHelps I am on a Rogers cell plan. For whatever reason service has gotten significantly worse in my area this week, whether I am in town or not.

@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

@RogersHelps I was told there wouldn't be another outage... Now I completely regret signing my work phone with @FidoSolutions recently. Luckily my personal phone's contract ended. So time to look for another carrier that isn't an absolute **** show.

@thiccusmungus @Rogers @RogersHelps That's not outage, it's just a common practice for Rogers. On every single call to customer service, I was on hold for no less than 45mins.

@Rogers I've been asking for a follow up call concerning my new phone. Phone calls and texts have gone unanswered. Since May! My payment this month will follow your callback. This has nothing to do with the outage. It has to do with not fulfilling YOUR commitment to me.

@markrmcqueen @TELUS @Rogers One possibility that has been suggested to me is that there were a lot of people who had Rogers at home - and therefore off the air who had Bell / TELUS phones and were using them to hotspot and that might have added extra demand to the Bell network.
