    @RogersHelps - Is there an outage in Orillia, Ontario? My download speeds are a third of normal and ping is through the roof. Restarted twice. Unplugged modem. No improvement, it got worse.

    @RogersHelps is it possible for you to do anything right? Non stop internet issues, empty promises you'll resolve it. Add TV channels, order is stuck, 3 days later still haven't got the channels I've paid for. Denial from depts that it's their fault #shouldvegonetobell
