@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

Rough day. #Rogers outage affecting many across Canada today, I'm only now finally able to get my authentication via text to login 😑 @RogersHelps hoping I don't have to reach out to them for credit on account (should be automatic), working from home today was crippled as well.

This happens like once a month now according to my twitter posts. I have four phone lines with this disappointing company and how will they compensate me for today's outage? @RogersHelps @Rogers

@Keeenss @Rogers @RogersHelps I agree that technology breaks sometimes, BUT, Canada pays one the highest cell phone rates in the world. With all the extra profit revenue the big 3 scrape in from customer, there’s zero excuse for that **** breaking. They can afford to invest in highly redundant infrastructure.

@AboutRogers Not intermittent problem! Whole day off service!!! It’s insane! @rogers #rogersoutage

Alek Mlynek (@alekmlynek) reported
@AboutRogers @Rogers CBC said issue was Ericsson software update. Rogers threw them under the bus and kinda admitted at being bad at technology. Was patching not done on a staging unit? Single point of failure? Redundancy? As an engineer I’m appalled. #rogersoutage #Engineering
