@GraemeFrisque @Rogers Since the big outage, I keep getting emails saying there is an outage in my area & restoration efforts are under way. My internet went out once after receiving 1 of these emails like they predicted it. I got 1 today but my internet was fine.

@RogersHelps WOW, way to piss off your customers even further. Your systems fail on an epic level, CEO sends out mia-culpas & a promise of a credit to earn back trust & then sends your next bill out for full pop, oh but credit will be on next bill. Keep up the ****** work Rogers!

@RogersHelps Serive is out again in my area of Toronto. This is the fourth time in the last 3 months this has happened! Can I get an ETR for our service? Neighbours have Bell Fibe…they never seems to be without internet (just sayin’)
