You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.   @RogersHelps I called to let Rogers know and they want to have me wait around for three hours and charge me $75. If I’m not home will they come and fix a box of which I am just giving them a courtesy notification and do not need someone to attend my home and it’s not attached to my acct.
