    @Rogers no internet near Logan and Queen all night and on hold listening to same music for an hour. If you can't fix issue give people option to turn off that torture hold music. That sound haunts my dreams! Also, please fix my internet so I don't have to call every other week!

    So, Bell is laying fiber optic in the area.. all of a sudden my usually rock solid @Rogers connection is all over the place... half expecting a Bell rep at the front door offering more dependable service.. coincidence??

    Congratulation @RogersHelps on continuously finding new ways to #disappoint me. Refusing to reverse an $8 late charge - for a payment that was not late- on a bill for almost $600, seems like a bad strategy.

    We’ve had persistent internet issues for weeks. Multiple @RogersBiz technicians to our house, and we’ve been 2x escalated. This new agent gave me a direct line, which sounds good - I get to skip phone menus - but in reality it just means I leave voice mails he never returns.
