    @RogersHelps Rogers is down in the Port Credit area. Seem to go out daily now at random hours of the day. When u call them, they r not aware of any issues. They don’t have a clue of anything. Meanwhile I work from home! The most unreliable service ever. And the dumbest customer service reps!!

    @Rogers Why do I keep getting several calls each week from your representatives to get me to switch to your company? How many times do I have to say I will never do business with @Rogers and to remove us from your contact list before you will stop harassing us?

    @RogersHelps 3 services from a 20+ year customer that is now gone. Teach your staff some phone etiquette. You’d have my money for another 10 if you could do that.

    @RogersHelps here we go. Day #5 of trying to get away from gross incompetence. Ordered two pod’s because @Rogers new ignite sucks. ( Go to @Bell ) last 90 minutes spent trying to get “NextGen” pods to work. They don’t. Surprise surprise. #incompetent #worst

    @RogersHelps called @Rogers for help. (Ya it’s funny). They rebooted modem. Pods don’t work. They asked me to try again. Pods don’t work. ANOTHER technician now booked because the first one that was completely incompetent left us stranded. 30 minutes on hold for customer loyalty
