@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@Rogers why do we pay so much for a service that never works anymore! Internet went out earlier in the morning around 6:30-7 am and still we have no service yet this happens about 4 - 5 times a week for several hours at a time.

But there isn’t. We allow companies like @Rogers to offer sub par internet service and over charge people because we have no other options. @sangharamesh let’s start to work on this issue so @CityBrampton residents have access to modern internet.

@RogersHelps It happens every day I'm at work, has for years. It's been reported repeatedly to no avail. Hasn't changed, probably never will. Bell works geat here though, according to coworkers. So we'll see what happens when my contract is up next month.
