@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

Good thing Canadian's have lots of choice, low switching costs and pro-consumer mobile contracts otherwise @rogers nation-wide mobile network outage would be really inconvenient. /s #rogersoutage Who really needs 911? Rely on SMS to confirm your vaccine appt? Meh.

@RogersHelps Rogers could of done a better job informing their clients such as emailing blast, automated system notification on the issues, easing their clients frustration, similar ways Toronto Hydro has been doing. It’s time to teach the executives how to conduct business
