    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    I wouldn’t recommend @Rogers due to its shady practice. I opted out of roam like home and use the line as backup only as I have grandfathered plan of @FreedomMobile that includes US roaming. Still I got charged for a day of service. How come @RogersHelps?

    @Rogers just got my new bill and no frustration rebate for 2 days without service and another 2 with intermittent service also fun. WHY NO DISCOUNT and no flippant excuses that these things take time you've had plenty.

    @RogersHelps - I have not received any bill credit from the outage on July 8th. I did not have full service back till July 11th. Please make good on your promise and provide a bill credit..

    @RogersHelps Got my new data connection put in by one of the few competitors you have (obviously by design) but you refused to port the account to the new connection so I had to be FURTHER INCONVENIENCED by having to deal with your terrible call in service to rid myself of u today! #rogers
