@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@RogersHelps So maybe instead of making sure your stock holders get their dividends maybe you should invest in better service for your CUSTOMERS!!! Highest cell phone rates and home internet for Canadians. Go to any other country and see the difference.

BREAKING: @rogers was adding Covid Wage Subsidy money stacks to Overpriced Service profit stacks causing a money stack collapse. Collapsing money hit a panel causing outage. Rogers crews currently digging through money to get to panel and restore service. #rogersoutage
