    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    @RogersHelps NHL live - every time I watch a Montreal feed (usually TSN) the audio is off by a half second or a second. And nothing I do can fix it. Super annoying

    @RogersHelps Very very frustrating that internet has been down for past 7 hours and Rogers has no idea when would service be restored. They don’t care if people are working from home or not. So upset.

    @rogers @RogersHelps FIX your infrastructure. Consistently been having internet issues the past month. No one has time to sit in a queue with support everyday answering a million questions, validating who they are just to receive help or to be told “everything is fine" #rogers

    @RogersHelps I watch the TV once or twice a week and it's to watch hockey. Of course Rogers TV (and wifi) is skipping and not working during the game. Sooo frustrating.
