    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @RogersHelps last 3 months Rogers internet had been down for so many times that I wish I were in some other country, where technical services are not that poor. this has become a routine for Rogers to lose service ,,shame

    Unbelievable. @RogersHelps won't give me my account number so I can pay their bill. Just incredible. They set up their processes to make sure you fail in the most fundamental aspects of a simple consumer transaction. Just ****.

    @RogersHelps cable tv and internet has been out since approx 6pm. Got a text from Rogers at 8:15pm saying the problem had been fixed but it’s still out now at 10:20.

    @RogersHelps another morning with no Rogers Internet in Barrie. Must be the third time in the last month. The support page that is supposed to show outtages does nothing of the sort.

    @RogersHelps I was a Bell customer for 31 years and one of your door to door agents really impressed me and I switched all my services to Rogers. 3 cell phones, internet and tv. I totally regret doing that…
