  @RogersHelps my spouse was scammed by someone that had her account info, and she was convinced to order a phone and hand it over to a fraudster claiming to represent Rogers. Her existing device was black listed/blocked instead of the stolen device. Can't get help.

  @RogersHelps @Rogers never got back to me in a week, so I am canceling my services with them this weekend unless they offer me a cheaper plan. Oxio is looking good right now.
