@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

@DRodbone @RogersHelps Oh I'd never wait that long for wings. I'd drive down there if that were the case.

@RogersHelps You can go on the app and print your bills. No how about you print receipts for things I pay for as a paying customer. No reason not to. Why hide in the back as the manager. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful way of treating your customers. The worst experience ever

@RogersBiz funny how rogers billing reps can attend a phone call in minutes but it takes hours to reach technical support. Ok to take our money but not to support the service? #rogersoutage

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Ummm. The case could be made to enact the Emergency Measures Act to assist a Canadian dumb enough to stay on hold with Rogers Help for hours when they have a call back option and nearly immediate online chat.

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Yes, cause your idiot friends only illegally occupied Ottawa and blockaded Coutts and the Ambassador Bridge for 2 hours and 20 minutes… You can’t even compare apples and oranges with any sort of intelligence

@Rogers almost an hour on hold to schedule a move because it wasn't done right the first time even after waiting/holding/talking for over 4 hours. The new area doesn't have Rogers service. There is nothing either of us can do about that. Just let us move.

@RogersHelps really disappointed with the service. I switched to Rogers thinking I'll get better service but unfortunately I received worse service. Waited to get a customer rep after 2 hrs 14 mins, only to be transferred and then dropped. #RogerCustomerService #CustomerService

@Bell_Aliant costs. Will Bell be refunding any costs as they are unable to provide the service? People working from home are renting spaces with @Rogers internet as it is more reliable right now. 2/2

@RogersHelps You’ll be getting worst review and especially that employee at Fairview mall and his manager who have problems giving me proof of payment of services I pay for telling me they’re not a printing service. That’s how you treat your customers? It will use paper? Obviously. So so bad
