What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.

It is unacceptable to force me back to a phone line that doesn't work for a problem your system created by adding 2 unauthorized lines.
