@RogersHelps I am on a Rogers cell plan. For whatever reason service has gotten significantly worse in my area this week, whether I am in town or not.

@RogersHelps So you can send out more techs that "fix" the problem and then we get told again that it's an error on your end. My internet has gone out again. Worst company to deal with. I've never not had an issue. Pulling services thank you.

@brittlestar @Rogers Rogers is useless. They frakked me over with some bogus fees they refused to explain, refused to upgrade me to a newer phone and tablet, refused to answer my email (but said I could wait on hold for customer "service"), and keep sending me surveys on how they're doing.

Funny Story : @Videotron, @rogers and @Xfinity use the same tv box. I have an error code that show up out of nowhere. Searched on the internet, can't find how to solve the problem. Maybe if you join your forces, you can solve the problem #fixRDK03117
