    Waiting on hold for mega hours for Rogers customer service...service is an inaccurate word, unless this is a funeral. They asked me to return equipment to avoid billing...i returned it 4 months ago..recently cancelled HOME phone-4 months ago now they want $$ @Rogers @ConsumerSOS

    @Bell_Support your services are absolutely garbage! For almost 2 months I've had nothing but freezing and pixelated TV! They changed all my equipment 2 weeks ago and now want to change it again! Moving to @Rogers I guess is my only option

    @RogersHelps hey rogers what’s with offering special Boxing Day deals to new customers, but not offering the same deal to existing customers? Isn’t that wrong? Tomorrow I’ll just cancel my line and start it up again! Take more work for you and me but… or maybe I’ll go to bell🤔

    All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!
