Omg @Rogers talk about a negative customer experience. 3 calls where each employee had no idea what they were doing and definitely not thinking while do ing their job!! #brainwashed #nodeal #customeris2nd

  • johannaburrows johanna lindeboom (@johannaburrows) reported from West Lincoln, Ontario

If Rogers could get service in at least one town in haldimand county that’d be cool.... @RogersHelps

  • dukie2x dukie dwa razy (@dukie2x) reported from Beamsville, Ontario

@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

  • johannaburrows johanna lindeboom (@johannaburrows) reported from West Lincoln, Ontario

@RogersHelps I am on a Rogers cell plan. For whatever reason service has gotten significantly worse in my area this week, whether I am in town or not.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Something of this scale and magnitude should NEVER happen. Restaurants, banks, concerts, airlines, jobs etc. all affected. Whatever “compensation” you come up with will surely be inadequate. I hope regulators punish you severely and smart consumers find other providers.

  • CptCrankyLorca Captain Lorca (@CptCrankyLorca) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers You better be compensating every single rogers customer for this ****.

  • og_woji OG WOJI (@og_woji) reported

@CityNewsKIT It's time to dismantle the monopoly. Thankfully I'm with Bell so my service weren't disrupted. Unfortunately with debit machines being down it disrupted the majority. How is @Rogers going to compensate us?

  • protocrone Just Beth (@protocrone) reported

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers We were without services for 3 months this year, because our service provider refused to repair old lines that went down during a storm. We were forced to wait until the planned switch from copper to fibre this summer. CRTC did nothing.

  • wendysland Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Will customers be reimbursed for this outage that have cell, home phone, internet & Ignite TV? That equates to about $19 or more per day for some!

  • Hollaaaay Holly (@Hollaaaay) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I sincerely hope the credit is a little better than the last time this happened. Mistakes happen, but this is the second major outage within a year….that $1 refund just doesn’t isn’t it

  • porjippino Porjippino (@porjippino) reported

One of 2 things are happening with the #rogersoutage . Either it was a cyber attack, which should absolutely be considered an act of war, or @Rogers systems are too weak and vulnerable to meltdowns. Canadians should put their foot down and find another provider to go to

  • meh__username Folarin (@meh__username) reported

@RogersHelps I encourage everyone to cancel Rogers if not done already

  • h_cristini Helen Cristini (@h_cristini) reported

@RogersHelps Never keep all your eggs in one basket. I will never bundle!

  • tclints Tyson Clinton (@tclints) reported

113 day @shakepay sats shakestreak down the drain due to @RogersHelps clown show #rogersdown
