@Rogers I've spen over 3hrs on-hold trying to upgrade my internet plan to a promo you have on your website. When | finally reached someone I asked a question and he 'blind transferred' me to tech support who then transferred me back to the queue. This is unacceptable.

Tale of 2 companies customer service today: I couldn't figure out how to do something, called @scotiabank 70min got a human (i think) 30min to resolve. Internet issue~called @RogersHelps , 2min on hold, less than 10-12 to resolve issue. #ThankYouRogers #NoThankYouScotiabank

A big F u to rogers. Been a nightmare since we moved and unfortunately chose rogers as our service provider. I’m am done!

@Bell worst customer service. My business internet down getting the runaround to get a Tec to the restaurant, have been told they will come on Monday but they can’t even find the work order. And refuse to send some immediately. Will be calling @RogersBiz first thing
