@Rogers should thank me for being loyal customer for last 10 years. Yet they wouldn’t offer me same (lower) plan as new customers get #notfair #bs #timetoswitch #NoThanks

@Bell Bell is a joke. We got Fibe in my subdivision recently, got a killer deal for internet and Fibe TV. 4 months later, they decide to add $50 to my bill. Told @Bell to come pick up their junk equipment and back to @Rogers for cheaper service on Ignite.

I have waited patiently! Still, my @Rogers Ignite TV is not working properly. Agents first said,we are unsure of what's going on, then it's fix but it will take 24 hours to resolve! It's been more than 24 and still nothing! Unacceptable!

The MyRogers app is great and all @RogersHelps, but if I could make a suggestion, can we get biometric login on Android? Can't use the fingerprint scanner on my phone to log in right now, and that's no good.

I'm actually so annoyed. I love streaming and hanging out with you all and when my internet hasn't cooperated for pretty much a month now all it does is put me in a bad mood. Can't move and I can't get a better provider. Yeah, I'm ******. Thanks again @Rogers. You're great.
