my favorite part of this Ottawa outage is wasting my data to read all the generic ‘empathetic’ Rolodex type of comments from @RogersHelps and @Rogers 🤡..I would as a customer much rather you say “I don’t know when we will be up and running -here’s free service”

@RogersHelps going on 4 days with no internet and barely any mobile network service after the storm in Ottawa, is there any ETA at all for any resolutions? I have summer courses and people telework from our home.
