@RogersHelps It’s the worst on NBC. I have reported it many times. They’re still trying to fix it by contacting NBC. I have had pixelating on other channels, but that seems to be improving although it is intermittent.

  • paul__sullivan
Call me Sully 🇨🇦 (@paul__sullivan) reported

@RogersHelps I have wasted more than 7 hours trying to deal with this on behalf of a 90 yr old relative who, unfortunately, is not returning home from the hospital. This is turning into the kind of story that earns Rogers a terrible reputation and loses customers for life.

  • pacific0__
    speck (@pacific0__) reported

@RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month

  • aurorabullealis
    Aurora Bullealis (@aurorabullealis) reported

@Rogers Why the hell is it so hard to cancel your internet plan? We're living in 2026 and I still have to call an agent and wait an hour to cancel a subscription? No wonder you are having to layoff people. Rogers is a dying business and will not exist in coming years.

  • CircularLogic89
    CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

  • AllanAnder12613
    Allan Anderson (@AllanAnder12613) reported

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Youre a lying piece of excrement TruAnon trollbot fake commenter. Rogers offered buyouts and has laid NOBODY off yet. Failing at trolling and life itself. Future MAID customer.

  • bslobodin
    Boris Slobodin (@bslobodin) reported

@Rogers pure comedy, @Rogers chat agent can't help me, but they called me to connect me with the proper team, and that redirect immediately gave me the same "currently closed" message and hung up. maybe they should reconsider mass layoffs?
