@CBCNews Rogers blamed the outage on a software update from Ericsson, one of its network equipment providers. So now @Rogers has an excuse to switch to Chinese-backed Huawei?! We hope not!

@Rogers @RogersHelps A clear message to all customers should have been provided about time it was taking to restore full service. Despite looking for alternatives i waited for recovery by trusting your fake messages and it cost me the whole day.Could have been handled better and differently Rogers.

@FidoSolutions To be honest, I was pretty annoyed at first. But even so, ur network is rarely down, and it was an accident. Yes it sucked & some ppl were affected more than me, I get it. But for me, it’s fine. Maybe create a backup system for next time? Also u were at @Rogers mercy-blame them.
