Just to let you know how my Saturday is going: @RogersHelps came to install internet; their tech said it can’t be done and I should go with @Bell_Support instead. So now I’ve been on hold for 2 hours trying to cancel the account that I never got to use. Um, how is this legal?

@RogersHelps I can't seem to log in? I keep getting the same error message and when I try it on the app, the 'service' section, I can't seem to access. I'm trying to help my mom with her account right now and it feels like her account services weren't activated or something

@RogersHelps I'm just wondering if there's an issue with internet service in the London Ontario region? The outage map looks huge but hasn't been updated for a couple of hours.
