    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @RogersHelps out in collingwood . Installed new modem, veero devices... same complaint, same shitty service. Please don’t expect a payment.

    @sherrirose51 @AboutRogers @Rogers Ignite TV is NOT working properly. You’ll see it glitches constantly. Channels freeze out of nowhere and recordings don’t work at all. Soooo frustrating!!

    Nothing will make me drop @RogersHelps faster than if they pull some dumb **** and try and credit me $3.00-$5.00. Don’t even THINK of crediting users just the hourly cost they pay for the services, but rather take into consideration the far reaching impact the outage had.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers My elderly mother still has no internet connection in Markham area code L3P. Totally unacceptable. She is medically disabled and we need the internet to support her condition. She has been a customer for over 30 years! Truly shameful and disgusting.
