-
Raynard (@BaySouthpaw) reported from Clearview, Ontario@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

💧 🍑 🐈 Bowie moonen 💧 🍑 🐈 (@COGIndustries) reported from Clearview, Ontario@Rogers I was in a call till 5pm & my phone started dying. The Rep told me i was to receive a email. But was not able to get a response or a Email appointment. Help ?

straightclimbing_Paul Rogers (@straightclimbi1) reported from Collingwood, OntarioThis new @RogersHelps service that blocks junk is losing the war to the @amazon fraud imposters. Four calls in last 30 minutes. Sheez
-
Raynard (@BaySouthpaw) reported from Clearview, OntarioMy 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.
-
Doug Measures (@doug7300) reported from Collingwood, Ontario@Rogers sent me a Text with a Link for an 80.00 CAN reward for being a Loyal customer - sure looks like a phishing attempt. Be careful what you open on your devices. #Hacked ?
-
Kacey 🇨🇦💜👩🏻🍳⚾️🚗 (@Kaceyla73) reported from Clearview, Ontario@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!
-
progers71 (@progers71) reported from Collingwood, Ontario@cgledhill The very next day in 🇨🇦, we had a major internet / mobile network outage from @RogersHelps and cash …. was king. Maybe my fault for dissing it. #nocoffee

-
Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.
-
John (@Ireallyamjohn) reported@TheTorontoSun @Btowie21 "Voluntary buyouts" are often a face-saving precursor to mass layoffs. Any @Rogers employee who turns down the buyout is playing with fire.
-
Johan (@Johanfriesen) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers has the worse customer service, 53min on hold and still waiting
-
alex🛫 (@idkallex) reported@wiseguy_ocb @Rogers Oh dont even get me started. This **** internet comes in at SIXTY canadian dollars a month MINIMUM (abt the same AUD)
-
The Handlebar Gamer (@RSDCDN) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers It’s too slow. Both are ****. This sucks.
-
Greg Weir (@CrescendoCove) reported@RogersHelps I've been through the ringer with the Credit Department, Customer Care, someone higher up in Customer Care. End result; I still have to pay, but I can launch a complaint against the first person I talked to--presumably to get her fired. She's the only one who was nice to me.
-
Serbian Lady D (@VojvotkinjaSRB) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers Why am I being served by Indians when reaching service desk? Do I live in fking India or Canada? Do I pay you scumbags in Indian money or Canadian? People should just start canceling their contracts. This is outrageous to be served by Indians as a Canadian paying customer
-
Ashit Milne (@AshitMilne1969) reportedOof I remember that day they had in July 2022 - I bet that got Ottawa and Toronto onto calls (@Rogers network went out for almost an entire day). Single points of failure are dangerous.
-
Stephen Hindle (@StephenHindle6) reported@Rogers We really hate you because you give us bad WiFi!
-
tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”
