  My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

  @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

Do you not think about them as a company and how this damages their reputation and as a business they are losing a ton of money likely to come with the expected refunds and pro-rated bills.
