    So sick of @Rogers crap. Call in early in the morning so it’s not a 1 1/2 hour wait to deal with them failing to apply a discount to my account and get through to someone who transfers me to a closed department. Why did I wait on hold for two minute after to get hung up on?

    @AtomicSh0cker @GunGnome @Rogers Also there is the storm factor but crazy how it never keeps snow on it. Like... witchcraft. Lol

    @RogersHelps Hi, since my landlord is not willing to help with this issue or allow me to have the drywall opened to access the Rogers cable, I’m unable to proceed with the installation. In this situation, can I cancel my internet plan without paying any cancellation or early termination fees?

    @Rogers I was even considering getting a Rogers Mastercard, but after this experience and the way this issue has been handled, I’m definitely reconsidering that decision. I’ll also be switching to another network provider because I no longer feel comfortable using Rogers.

    @RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?

    @MacDoug1 @Rogers I had a similar issue with that scumbag company #Paypal but at least I finally got through to the Toronto office!

    @Lidsville @Rogers This sounds like when I was being called by Telus for months about their security service. I kept asking to be taken off the list, they kept calling. Telecoms are evil

    @Rogers I can't even call and cancel my services now with your Retarded AI

    @RogersHelps Calling a customer at 9:00 PM to push a service upgrade is already unacceptable. What made it worse was the agent arguing with me and insisting that yes its the right time , Is this really how Rogers trains its call-centre agents? #north bay #rogers

    @dagdakiayaz @RogersHelps Use Elons service.
