    So sick of @Rogers crap. Call in early in the morning so it’s not a 1 1/2 hour wait to deal with them failing to apply a discount to my account and get through to someone who transfers me to a closed department. Why did I wait on hold for two minute after to get hung up on?

    @RogersHelps My advice to others is to request a written copy of the contract OR a recording of the customer acknowledging that there is a contract given the inexperience of the call center.

    @sasa_prinsesa @globeandmail @Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 30 years. No more.

    @RogersHelps "I have already tried calling multiple times over the last 2 weeks, including a recent wait of over 80 minutes with no response. It is unacceptable to force me back to a phone line that doesn't work for a problem your system created by adding 2 unauthorized lines.

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Did that and "Yassine - Rogers specialist" said to resolve the issue transfer to the credit operations but no fix Its frustrating #Rogers #CustomerService

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

    @RogersHelps Lol, I can't make or take calls that is the issue and the chat is so overloaded it just keeps booting people out. I did get tech support earlier via chat very early this morning they said you need a new SIM. I said ok please send me one. On no, they don't do that you have to call customer support. Go through the whole exercise again for customer service to say you have to contact tech and they will send you one. Honestly, I am ready to turf the phone in the fire pit and cancel Rogers.

    @ScammerDefence @TELUS @Rogers That doesn’t actually happen and even if it did, the damage is already done. Threat based security for phishing will never be good enough. It’s time to pivot to zero trust for URLs.

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers Went down to the beer league game going on and told the boys?! Now I'm jealous.
