So sick of @Rogers crap. Call in early in the morning so it’s not a 1 1/2 hour wait to deal with them failing to apply a discount to my account and get through to someone who transfers me to a closed department. Why did I wait on hold for two minute after to get hung up on?

@HILITINGHOCKEY @Rogers @Sportsnet Rogers sucks the most. Years ago I worked for them and quit because of the way they did business.

@JayGenXer @Rogers Try live chat. I think you get a person that can actually communicate in English. Most allow you to print out the entire chat at the end & you can yell at your screen if they say something stupid without worry. Only way I do it now. Faster too.

@LeafsLose1967 @Sportsnet @Rogers I know the criminals increased the price from 24.99 to 29.99 per month as well. An absolute rip off based on the garbage on the field.

@princessrica84 @Sportsnet @Rogers It sucks. On the flip side, we’ll have less media initiated trades.

The Jays should only play on AppleTV, cancel Sportsnet @Rogers

@RogersHelps The problem is that you don’t offer support anymore, you are NOT the same company anymore

  • ChrisArnold33

@RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.

@RogersHelps My term doesn’t end for 90 days, it seems a bit early for these emails?? Especially repetitive ones? I called the help number and they also said there’s no way to turn them off

@HILITINGHOCKEY @Rogers @Sportsnet Worst for me is losing the radio stations. Life hasn't been the same since.
