Fontaine (@sfontaine_) reported from Sturgeon County, AlbertaSo sick of @Rogers crap. Call in early in the morning so it’s not a 1 1/2 hour wait to deal with them failing to apply a discount to my account and get through to someone who transfers me to a closed department. Why did I wait on hold for two minute after to get hung up on?

Clarkey (@Sports_Clarkey) reported1/2No wonder @Rogers closed down radio stations yesterday. They don’t get it. Listening to @BlueJays today on @FAN590. Paraphrasing, ‘there goes the no hitter let’s go to Joe blow for the out of town scoreboard’. New guy-‘nothing going on out of town, this is the only game.’

Gail Reeves Reid (@gareeves) reported@RogersHelps How can I get technical help for my cell phone l? Anna goes into a loop and your live agents aren’t taking any calls. What’s a girl supposed to do please? I’ve been trying for weeks but you have made it nearly impossible to speak to a live person.
-
Jessica (@SuckMySocks12) reported@Rogers having a connection issue?! No! Say it ain't so! Seriously, again I ask, what is the point of doing your nightly updates if **** like this always happens? These "updates" obviously do diddly squat.
-
GodWins (@WasanJajouPart2) reported@RogersHelps Build call centres in Canada & hire Canadians. Isn't it bad enough that you, along w 2 other companies monopolize telecommunication in 🇨🇦 & charge us heavily due to any competition being squeezed/bought out? Not enough money for you? You also need to hire cheap foreign labour?

Jacob Phillips (@JacobJPhillips) reported@RogersHelps If You Had Of Read My Post Complaint, I Did Both. 🙄 I’ll Call, Again.

re:printed 3D (@reprinted3D) reported@3DInPhil @RogersBiz @Bell With so many companies competing in the same spaces these days, customer service will really determine which will succeed and which will fail.

Mark Meunier ⁜ (@MarkMe60) reported@MichelleRempel @Rogers It was crazy. I turned on 660 in my car, like I always have, and it was just gone. WTF Rodgers!!
-
Cory C. (@CoryNass) reportedShame on @Rogers @Sportsnet for shutting down CKNW and Sportsnet Radio in Vancouver. Not many radio stations left and these were two of the last good ones on AM.
-
Ben (@Canhistoryrules) reported@teapot_toff @Rogers I have no problem with being upset over fees and costs. It’s way too high and competition would be great. Sadly AM radio is dying in Canada and globally. I’ve seen more people saying they are upset on this platform than actually listening to the stations.
