    @RogersHelps Just want to tell you guys that the customer service experience on both Live chat and Twitter has been worlds better than the phone support I've received over the last 2 decades (phone support has improved as well but I haven't had to deal with retention so well see)

    @celeryjacket @Rogers THANK YOU! I called twice cause the first guy was so unprofessional and I couldn’t understand his English. Second person is switching me to tech support and says service isn’t down. She also didn’t speak proper English. Sounds like they’re offshore employees @RogersHelps

    @Rogers 4 days straight now.. I can’t send text or use any data… I have LTE service… wtf is going on..? I don’t pay outrageous prices to have data speeds from the 90’s

    @RogersHelps it is going on almost a year of constant interrupted services. Many service calls sent out. Still the same issues. In the past hour my services have gone down 7 times. We work and school from home. I am so terribly frustrated!

    @RogersHelps, it’s been 5 hours and 30 minutes today and the internet is still not working. 3 days in a row. Several over the last couple of weeks. Sounds like time for a new provider doesn’t it??? Your customer service keep saying 24 hours. Super frustrated!

    @RogersHelps now that android 12 is on the Samsung Note 20 ultra and they enabled e sim, do you support e sim for that? And how would I go about to activate it for my current Rogers account?

    You know who’s absolutely trash? @RogersHelps. My internet has gone down four times in the last 30 minutes. My internet goes down constantly. My neighbourhood has constant internet issues. It’s ridiculous. Get your **** together. Don’t make me send @AaronRabinovits on your asses.
