@Rogers @RogersHelps Your services are as pathetic as it gets. I called a techinical support to help me, inturn he completely turned my network off. Now the other technical support on line, says he can't help it at all and service technician will only come by Sunday.

@RogersHelps Oh no, don’t pull that crap. It’s not what “I feel” it’s what happened. My internet service went down. I seriously needed it. Was first told that it was my area then later told it was just me. THEN I was told by YOUR support team that 2 days was the best they could do.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps it’s been more than 10 days I am experiencing internet slowness. Currently I am paying for 150mbps but never got more than 30-40 mbps speed so as been loyal customer of Rogers since long, I requested customer service rep about it but his response was too rude
