    @RogersHelps I've never seen customer service as useless as yours. Been on the phone trying to resolves something and just been transferred back and forth the entire time.

    Switched my home internet after @Rogers / Shaw reps promised great rates + $250 credits. First bill arrived: $358 instead of $65. and Credits? Zero. Now nobody answers calls. I have screenshots, emails, phone numbers everything documented. Terrible service. Next stop might be court.
