@RogersHelps you guys able to give a rough estimate, at least, on an ETR for the Nepean area? I got conned into switching to ignite. Everything is now dependant on an active internet connection. According to an outage map, it's clear across Canada.

Our @Rogers internet has been down in Whitby (L1M) for the past 30 mins. Tried using the Virtual Assistant but couldn’t get any answers. Can someone from @RogersHelps provide an update?

@RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request or fee if you waive it.

@RogersHelps This takes too long to confirm how long the outage will last. There are numerous reports of an outage in Whitby. We don’t need it confirmed. We need a timeline for fixing.
