Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Also, had roaming charges on phones that didn't have roaming data enabled. I would like to have that resolved!

None of them could help me and I'm back on hold - 20 minutes in. As soon as I get this issue resolved, I will never give them another cent.
