    @RogersHelps this is just a short note to thank Rogers and in particular Betel M. At customer phone tech. He helped me with my ignite installation problem. After 2 people gave up. He came through. Perry R. Thornhill Ontario please let him know. It was New Year’s Day.

    Thanks @Rogers... Your network is so congested and overrun that it simply CANNOT handle delivering me the speed I pay for, but yet I still have to pay for it. What a rip off! #CRTC

    @RogersHelps Unless you can upgrade your network so it's not so overly congested and backlogged so that it can actually deliver the full speed I pay for, there's nothing you can do to help me.

    Calling @rogers to deal with a hardware upgrade is a full time job. All the people who I’ve talked to are liars and can’t do anything. After 2.5 hours I’m still without a phone and no one can help me
