    @RogersHelps Hello, I am experiencing service interruptions.

  • eric_habs Eric 🥃 🇨🇦 (@eric_habs) reported

    @TORHABSFAN @Rogers Ya I’m just not ready I want my sports when I want it and I’m still a sucker for a few network shows one day I think I will do it just not now

  • CndRocker2015 CndRocker (@CndRocker2015) reported

    @StephenPunwasi @Rogers @BellMediaPR Rogers is garbage too

  • msjacksonb Jeanette Jackson-Breininger (@msjacksonb) reported

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Another day of having issues running my virtual classes. Have yet to hear if the last ‘issue’ has been resolved. With interruptions to my service happening more often maybe it’s time to switch to a competitor.

  • TORHABSFAN TORHABSFAN (@TORHABSFAN) reported

    @eric_habs @Rogers I'm fine with Bell Fibe as a service. It's just the company that's making me sick

  • KStoil Sterling K ❤️💙❤️💙 (@KStoil) reported

    Can anyone with Rogers Ignite who has the MLB Network (ch 538) tell me if anything is actually playing right now? Not sure if it only plays once spring training starts or if old games are on now @RogersHelps

  • ticklytimbo Tim Robert (@ticklytimbo) reported

    @Rogers ...Then you get connected to person, they have you fill in ANOTHER form to ID yourself (despite 2 sign ins) then schedule a call where the tech doesn’t do what they told you he would after 2 days of problems. Sound about right?

  • ConcernedPah Canadian#1959-WearAMask😷 (@ConcernedPah) reported

    @howllr @Rogers I feel your pain. Businesses that were already understaffed are much worse now. They blame the pandemic even though they've had months to increase staffing. I spent over 3 hrs on hold for BMO earlier this week. Dreadful customer service.

  • howllr Howllr 🏳️‍🌈 😷 ☃️ 💉 (@howllr) reported

    Now I’m pissed. @Rogers didn’t move their customer service to peoples homes so there are not enough reps to help. I want to change my home monitoring package & have been on the phone waiting for help for over an hour every day. I have a life. And they don’t give a ****. 🤬

  • colludeintrude alexander solsten (@colludeintrude) reported

    @StephenPunwasi @Rogers @BellMediaPR Rogers is just as bad, dude. They're just sneakier about it.
