@rogershelps I'm getting a notice saying that I have 7 days to return the equipment (Rogers IgniteTV) before I get charged for it. The device is already returned. The problem is that the Canada Post tracking code in the email is the wrong one. How do I fix?

@RogersHelps my husband purchased NHL live recently only to find out today that our Sportsnet account is covering NHL games. Can you issue a refund to us because this is not right and we had no idea SN was going to offer this. Thanks

Got msg from @RogersHelps to contact them - but, got same message! Wow!! Customer Service is really slipping!! Cannot even buy something now - but, I guess when you are already a customer, they think they have you for life!! See all the sales - good luck getting anything!!

@RogersHelps I did. Conveniently it’s just a third broken iPhone in a row. @AppleSupport should really work on quality control. It’s not the Rogers network according to Rogers. Just every #iphone is broken out of the box. I’d rather hang myself with my lightning cable than be with Rogers.

@OddsFiche @tstein74 @Rogers Same thing happened here with the El Rey channel. I used to like watching all the old kung fu movies on it. Then about a week ago right in the middle of a movie the channel wasn't offered anymore. Found out they shut down completely as a broadcasting channel.
