@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

(Relevant only for Canadians): So much for @Rogers providing “excellent service” and a “personal move concierge”… wasted >3 hrs waiting for them to show up for a 2-hour window. No one showed up and @Rogers is doing nothing about it. @RogersHelps? Not really… Terrible service.

@Rogers i just spent 1.5 hrs on the phone w a great rep trying to make sense of a messy bill. Your calculating system/billing dept needs a serious restructure. Also, you took 20.00 from me due to a lack of proper prorated math. 20.00 I will never see again by your justification.
