@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@RogersBiz had blacklisted my 2 devices in August due to non-Payment.I made the payment in September 11. They said they will unblacklist the devices. It has been almost a month and I cannot use the device. Cust service is saying they are not able to help and routing me to one to
