@Rogers I asked them to bump someone else who hasn’t been waiting 10 days and give me a sooner appt. they said “oh we can’t do that”. Well you had no problems bumping my appt!!!!!!

@Rogers I have gone 10 days without reliable service. Appt tonight got cancelled by Rogers to fix a faulty box you installed. This was going to me 3rd technician visit. Now I’m supposed to wait until Tuesday afternoon. This makes 12 days with issues.

@Rogers This will make 12 days and I bet you’ll still have the nerve to send me a bill !!!! A bill for a service I have not been receiving.
