    @globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.

    @ryangerritsen I am dealing with that right now. I just spoke with @Rogers an hour ago. They put my son‘s leased phone on my account instead of his. Now I cannot leave and cancel my plan even though i own my phone! I bought it from Apple! Plus they added another year on his plan!!!! Fraud!!!

    @RogersHelps Spent almost two hours between your chat and call center because I thought that my account had been compromised. Everything seems okay but a lot of damage can be done in two hours. I miss Shaw so much.

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise
