    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    Been with @Rogers for years. They couldn’t give me the same deal I’ve had for my internet. Being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything anymore. That’s fine. I cancelled my services. Good riddance.

    Wow… @RogersHelps Once my term is up, I am taking my business elsewhere. I defended the company and remained a customer for 12 years. And this is what happens? Absolutely pathetic. Can’t get with the times. That’s your fault. Maybe Bell or Telus will be better options?

    @wilmot786 @mack3636 @Rogers I complained about the wait time and they suggested that the schedule a call back feature or using the web chat are the quickest ways to get service.

    @RogersHelps hi, I’m trying to help a handicapped friend in the 416 install their new Ignite kit. The modem is flashing yellow. What does that mean. We have setup the MyRogers and linked account. Should the provided pwd be enough to login or does the modem need a pwd too?

    The worst part of getting a new phone is having to check @Rogers work to make sure I'm getting what they said I would get. I've never had to not call them to straighten things out. On the plus side, I eventually get what I was promised.

    @Rogers Reconciliation is great. Now if only you had cell service in my living room in a close-in suburb of Canada’s third largest city I wouldn’t have fired you.
