    I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

    @Rogers just cancelled my service. Tried twice to have a new phone delivered , @PurolatorHelp has lost the second one.

    @MarkMah98975156 @RogersHelps @Fidomobile I was down 17 hours. Didn’t come back on until 10 pm Friday and then all day Saturday and Sunday ignite tv was freezing and sound cutting out. Seems to get worse as the day goes on!!

    @RogersHelps I never post on twitter. I'm usually here to just read. But I think Rogers will loose many clients now. Not just because of the outage though that's what started this. But many will look at this $3.00 and change credit as a slap in the face. Giving back pennies is a shame.

    In 2022, there is absolutely NO excuse for a major media company to not have an emergency contingency plan. Another reason to scuttle @Rogers

    Rogers has a threat of a class action lawsuit on their hands, 2 other major Broadcasters have Human Rights Claims filed against them……I wonder if anyone from the CRTC is looking at this going …..**** ….we got some explaining to do. @Rogers @CRTCHearings

    @Zach_Fleisher @RogersHelps Not to sound cheeky, but seriously did you power off and back on? I had those same issues with my calls and after I turned it off and back on, it’s been fine.

    @RogersHelps . Had service back on the weekend now can’t receive or make a call (even though I hear it ringing and answer it). I’m in Niagara- what’s the latest on service resuming to normal?
