  I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

  @Joseph2653 @RogersHelps @Rogers It’s really ****** that they don’t value their customers and I’m pretty sure they 💯 expect you to pony up when they send your bill every month. We switched to Bell Fibre and never looked back. I’m sorry you don’t currently have that option

  @RogersHelps There is only one, we tried calling and logging in and the self help thing is saying we don’t have an account, even though we got the modem etc, we don’t know what to do at this point lol.

  @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?
