I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@rogers restricting what devices/applications that can connect to the internet during an “outage” is a scam! Do I also get to pay less on the next bill?

@Rogers is a horrible HORRIBLE company. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a customer service since last week Wednesday and been calling them like 6 hours a day yet no luck! I will NEVER EVER use their services at all!!! All you get is stress! #rogers

@whiskeylover99 @Rogers That's the plan. Buy all the companies then get rid of customer service.

How long is an acceptable hold time @Rogers, it’s been 1:12:21, call back broken with technical problems and no Anna’s online. And now I’m supposed to be nice when they finally pick up?

@RogersHelps be interesting to know how I could sign up for a service when I had NO SERVICE on Dec 24th, looking at my bill and it says I signed up then which is a blatant LIE on Rogers part, can't sign up for a service if I had NO SERVICE, and I wouldn't

@rogers 2/2 other than a "sorry for the wait". I tried calling...to wait on hold a total of 4 hours over 3 calls. I am hold again, with a recording saying the wait time is 1 hour 20 mins. How can a business operate this way? Seriously, HIRE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!
