I just canceled my phone service with @Rogers mostly due to @PurolatorHelp not being able to deliver a parcel in canada in less than 2 weeks. Really for $100.00 a month for an inflated cost who needs a phone . Send me a letter it will get here quicker

@RogersHelps @CTVNews @CP24 So hundreds (maybe more) of your email users suddenly "lost" their email access due to passwords "changing" and this is not an issue? But, we haven't been hacked? Have you tried turning the system off and then on again?

@RogersHelps Why is your problem management so bad? I’m on hold over an hour for “back office” because only they can reset my email, which I have been unable to access for 2 days! Why not update your system and direct customers to a link so we can reset it? You do not think.
