@RogersHelps Internet and Cable have been down in parts of Ottawa since last night. Cell service was spotty for hours. When can we expect service to be restored. Nothing on your site.

@Rogers Well, out of the 3 canned responses you've sent everyone in ontario, you've certainly sent me one of them. Had to go to a neighbor to connect to their wifi to send this. Bell has decent speeds, and didn't completely collapse service after an slightly intense 5 minute storm. Hmmm.

@RogersHelps Technical support said give them an hour and they would call me back. That hour has turned into 3 days. The issue is with the brand new modem I received and it not working on Rogers' end. 3 days. I've used all my data. Will I be reimbursed for that?

@benalberga13 @Bell @Rogers Yup. Missed a bunch. PGA, Playoffs and the worst part is the cell service is terrible.
