@og_woji @CityNewsKIT @Rogers They are not going to be compensating for lost sales just lost time of internet service. If anything this should be a lesson for all that you cannot rely on that technology will work all the time, maybe not to have all services with just one provider.

...when customers fail to pay bills or fall behind due to personal circumstances @Rogers has no problems chasing them down, send them to collections, or suspend their service. What about your failures? Run a campaign to compensate each of us for each loss...
