    Still no power in my area in @City_of_Vaughan and @RogersHelps cell service is very spotty. @alectranews doesn’t have any updates on when electricity is going to be restored. I’m hoping my fishes and turtle in the tank are still alive and I have some food in the freezer.

    @RogersHelps I have had no internet, home phone or tv since the technician was in my home since FRIDAY! This had nothing to do with the storm and technical support has been useless! 3 days no service!
