I'm a former cable guy and had my Cat6 already setup and just needed buddy to provision and leave. Also salesman said no fee. Robbers, I mean Rogers at it again

I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?
