    @Rogers is the outage still affecting customers? Had internet earlier today now about an hour ago mine hasn’t been working again and was buffering on and off this morning.. really growing tired and I just upgraded my this past internet Monday..

    @RogersHelps You’re telling me that Rogers has no redundancy built into their network in case they have a patch that does not update properly? They should have been able to roll back within an hour or so to minimize the customer impact. Where is the government oversight? @RogersHelps
