Does @RogersHelps like actually help been without internet for hours. I get the power outage broke some infrastructure but come on you have got to stop telling consumer’s to PM and giving them useless reboot information or to chat with Anna and more concrete information please.

What good is @Rogers 5G service if we can't connect when a storm knocks power out. I'd hate to see what happens in a real large scale emergency. Very Unreliable!! #Ottawa #Storm #Ontario

@Rogers why is it during storms, in Ottawa area, you shut off emergency services? Have screenshots for proof, it started at 4pm today and it's now 3:05am and finally getting 4G by standing outside the house in a suburban neighborhood
