@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

@RogersHelps having to wait until tomorrow morning for a tech to visit is unacceptable for no internet. Working from home in a pandemic, 100% uptime is critical and what is paid for. Never any automatic downtime credits, and a pain to have to call in to get any sort of credit.

@RogersHelps I signed up for Rogers ignite on Nov 28th, 2020 and was promised to get the $150 gift card within 2 weeks but it never arrived. Called 4 times to customer service, chatted 2 times with agents no luck everyone gives me different time line. Can someone help ?
