  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

@natale_joe a few years ago when you joined @rogers you said you wanted to address the terrible customer service -looks like you gave up. 19 days with a severed cable and no internet and 4 no-show appointments! #RogersSucks @FP_Champagne Rogers behaves like a monopoly

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

Twitter asks “What’s happening?” Well, Twitter, my internet has been down for 19 days a @Rogers refuses to send a tech to replace the severed cable. How’s your day going @natale_joe bet you lobbyists are making it easy for this crap to go on indefinitely. #RogersSucks

  • luiswcarrion Luis Carrión (@luiswcarrion) reported

@RogersHelps Just reported the issue thru the app, this is not new it has been like this for a few weeks now.

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

Why is it that @Rogers can get away with behaving like a monopoly and not show up to replace severed cable after 19 days? Hey @natale_joe how do you get away with treating customers like garbage? #RogersSucks #RogersIsNotaMonopoly

  • DWF_jays4life Jonathon Carten (@DWF_jays4life) reported

@Rogers All night tonight, all services in the Fredericton area have been crashing. Kind of hard to watch anything on TV or do anything on internet when its not working at all.

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

@FP_Champagne why does @Rogers behave like a monopoly? why do they break rules and get away with it? Powerful lobbyists running the country? 19 days without internet. @sandrapasq send a few techs to fix my severed cable! #RogersSucks #RogersIsNotaMonopoly

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

I will try sending a letter to the Rogers Ombudsman tomorrow. Yet another way for @Rogers to ignore customers. So much for that emphasis on customer service @natale_joe . Why not call HR and tell Moheni Singh to tell the techs to show up for appointments? #RogersSucks

  • paulcadiente Paul Cadiente (@paulcadiente) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, my Rogers Ignite TV is choppy, equally on wi-fi and I have also plugged straight into the Ignite Modem (ethernet) - are we experiencing any interruptions on the Ignite TV network?

  • Lloydguy82 Rob (@Lloydguy82) reported

@RogersHelps I understand that. But it seems your network was the only one to send it out to the wrong area. So you might want to pass this along to your techs in Saskatchewan to check to see what happened. Plenty of Tweets from Rogers customers I saw saying they got it but other nets no.
