    @Rogers still not fully back online. Wi-Fi is spotty and signal is very weak. Tried calling CS and it’s impossible to get though. When can we expect full service and how will we be compensated?

    @RogersHelps Received apology email. Not feeling valued customer vibe. Hoping this one time automatic credit is not just for one day as some of your so called valued customers (me) are in day 3 of suspect service. Please do better Rogers as my monthly bills say I deserve it and then some.

    @RogersHelps it is Day 3 following the outage and the outage for my Home Internet still continues…. I am using my limited mobile data and at this rate even that’ll soon be exhausted….. Your tech support is constantly busy and so is your chat support… Anna is just as useless

    @RogersHelps How about you actually properly fix the internet? It might say it’s back on and basic functions might be working, but this **** is not repaired. So pissed off
