    @RogersHelps I do this every year. Its the same garbage, Uninstall app, sign out and in, reboot modem...the core problem has NEVER been fixed. Their is a clear compatability issue with Chromecast. And your solution last year was try a different stream option, hence the new firestick

    @TekSavvyBuzz Call me crazy but I'd wager it has something to do with getting "referrals" aka #kickbacks for signing up new customers. I remember distinctly during the last visit to fix a damaged cable, a Rogers #tech asking "why are you with TekSavvy? Why not @Rogers?" 🤔#CRTC

    @RogersHelps My phone gyroscope is broken so when I go to watch a game I am forced to watch it in portrait. Can you please add a fullscreen button to the video player so I, and likely many others can watch the game in landscape mode?

    @RogersHelps Im trying to change my login username, but when I try to, it kicks me out to the main sign in page. My username is a old email that has been hacked. Need this changed asap!

    @RogersHelps Which worked fine last year, but the app won't open. And by checking Twitter it seems that is a problem across other devices like Playstation too

    @RogersHelps 2nd night in a row with NHL Live not allowing me to watch games on PC. Keeps saying I don't have a subscription but it works on my phone. Please fix this

    Anyone else having issues (as in ZERO service) with their @Rogers internet & cable? Ours has been out since early this morning. They’ve acknowledged the issue, but no timeline on when it’ll be resolved *said the girl using all of the data on her phone
