So @Rogers breached their contract. They promised my price was locked in for 999 months. 5 months later, they're trying to raise their prices without notice. Their customer service won't accept phone calls, and their chat is no better. I think it's time I went to the #CCTS

@Rogers Is this really how you treat your customers? I don’t want to spend another hour waiting to explain the same issue again. Please review my account, remove this disputed charge as promised, and confirm that my account will not be suspended because of it.

@RogersHelps they responded today, after 3 weeks of no contact, with this : After reviewing your request, we have determined that your device is not compatible with our network. To continue using our services, you may need to upgrade to a compatible device. - it's the device that chatr sold

@Battleship63 @Rogers Starlink would be better, yeah. As much as I'm annoyed with this 5G unit having frequent service interruptions I have to give it credit for being inexpensive. It's only $40 a month. It's also convenient because it's relatively small and I can take it anywhere with me.

@RogersHelps It always amuses me that the standard response is “check the website” - if your internet and phone service is out, and like us, you don’t have a smart or cell phone, that’s not a thing one can do easily.. have you though of an IVR message that informs of outages?

@RogersHelps I’ve been on the phone with multiple Rogers Business agents since 12:30 pm, today. It’s now 2:49pm, multiple agents, long holds and callbacks, all trying to establish a case number so I can report suspected fraud. That’s the issue I’m trying to highlight

@GunGnome @Rogers Drop your phone back down to LTE. Better data frequency rates at a distance vs 5G.

@RogersHelps Hi, since my landlord is not willing to help with this issue or allow me to have the drywall opened to access the Rogers cable, I’m unable to proceed with the installation. In this situation, can I cancel my internet plan without paying any cancellation or early termination fees?
