@RogersHelps internet is back but its very choicey on what it wants to work for. cant sign into my xbox , interac machines are slow, internet lag.. Ive only veen signed on with you for a week and i am very not impressed.

@Rogers Texting about the broken green box that covers the writers . The lady that lives next door at 46 Bishop Street has it sitting on her porch. It needs to have a new cover on it to keep our wires safe from the weather.

So my ISP, @Coextro, is apparently not issuing the outage credit from @Rogers unless you call them to complain. A friend didn't get theirs without a call, guess I gotta do it too.

@Rogers @NHL on rogers is absolutely horrible. Constant buffering with 150 Mbps Rogers cable, I pay for an app and have to watch an ad before streaming a game. Not impressed

@RogersHelps Currently while watching t.v. wrestling mostly, the picture freezes for a few seconds, then comes back, this is happening on a regular basis. You cancelled TBS. We only one AEW show in Ottawa on Rogers. There are other programs on TBS. Why the bleep did you people cancel TBS?

@RogersHelps Today I called again wasting time. Customer services said my A/C file shows internet is installed,only can call technicians /no one will fix it in person. Continued to call 3weeks. How ridiculous Rogers is? Receiving messages everyday from Rogers to tell me wait.

My fiancée is trying to cancel @Rogers service she no longer needs. Four phone calls, over an hour, cut off, sent to retention department, they won’t pick up. Are you kidding me? She is legally blind. Shameful. #Rogerssucks
