    @Rogers might have its network up but the @rogerstv service is brutal. Choppy and almost illegible to watch. I want a refund for the month.

    @Rogers @NHL on rogers is absolutely horrible. Constant buffering with 150 Mbps Rogers cable, I pay for an app and have to watch an ad before streaming a game. Not impressed

    @RogersHelps This is a front. Your job is to literally save face on the internet. Rogers needs to step up and take initiative to retain decade long customers rather then forcing them to cancel then pretend they care on the internet.

    Closing in on 72 hours without @rogers service. A large profitable company like @rogers should have a better network deployed that can withstand a windstorm.

    @RogersHelps internet is back but its very choicey on what it wants to work for. cant sign into my xbox , interac machines are slow, internet lag.. Ive only veen signed on with you for a week and i am very not impressed.

    @RogersHelps Texting about the broken green box that covers the writers . The lady that lives next door at 46 Bishop Street has it sitting on her porch. It needs to have a new cover on it to keep our wires safe from the weather.

    Why can @rogers not post outage information about their service.. it is 2022 and technology should not be a barrier. Maybe it is for @rogers!

    Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!

    Here we sit without @rogers internet for the second time in a month with no eta on resumption of service. @rogers has horrible customer service

    Your internet and wireless consistency is mediocre at best, your download speeds are never as advertised, your customer service is atrocious and now this. Good riddance @Rogers you’re f***in trash

    @RogersHelps Hey - I’m having trouble with the app connecting to my Chromecast. It connects as far as the “ready to cast” screen but won’t actually cast any programs, live or recorded.

    @RogersHelps any ETA for the cell outage issues? The chatbot has been telling me they are working hard to fix a wireless network issue in my area but I've been without a connection since 7pm last night. Can't use data at all and calls/texts come through sporadically hours later.

    @RogersHelps No, the app itself is working fine, I can watch via my iPad no problem. It’s just the casting capability. It’s like it gets so far as the Ready to Cast screen and gets stuck.

    @Rogers Can you fix the LTE here at north york? Only 3G data works. Even my parents fido, rogers lte doesnt work in our area. But when we go to another area out of north york lte works

    @RogersBiz @SunshineVillage Stay away from Rogers Fido! I was harassed for two years over something that I was not legally responsible for! I am elderly disabled in poor health! They don’t care 2 years of harassment! No customer service training at Fido /Rogers! Harassed me for 2 years! Get Primus etc
