R. Bryan Rumble (@BryanRumble) reported from Brantford, OntarioIt would be great if @Rogers would honor, and encourage their marketing partners to also honor, customer requests to be put on the do not call list. Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.

-
MO (@mkmaster0003) reported@hindsightjane @RogersHelps @Rogers I call 611 or 18887643771 that's the number I got off. The website, but every time you try calling now. They'll say that they're facing high call volumes right now. And then they'll just hang up the call. They say, call back at a later time. Very unprofessional, for a multi billion dollar company
-
The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell
-
CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
-
Oceanic Prole (@OShenMetaX) reported@jcpwaynesworld @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Didn't Sam Walton stsrt Walmart start as a..... Ahh, never mind.
-
ICE CANADA (@BenDaws22753025) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.
-
Richard Ra | Pizza Topping 0.01% | Bong (@MyPetMonster) reported@Rogers you're customer service is the absolute worst in Canada. Looping AI bots that you can't even contact a person. Some issues can't be resolved by your AI Bots. and it's offensive to treat customers like that.
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.
