They trespased my house and aftr calling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, and some guy will fix tomrow at 12pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton

But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. The connection is poor, calls drop, and escalation gives you another useless person who won't help. I need them to go through 2 years worth of bills on both accounts. Anna is useless too.
