I need internet at home for work. Someone needs to take ownership of this problem and fix it ASAP.

Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

They trespased my house and aftr calling them one technician comin to fix and called that i dont hv expertise to fix, and some guy will fix tomrow at 12pm. switching to Bell. @cityofhamilton
