@RogersHelps It’s unfortunate Rogers doesn’t acknowledge their customers have a work life and can’t offer weeknight service calls after 6 pm. @rogerstv just lost a +10 year customer.

  • DarkElfLX
Sean - Abortion is Healthcare (@DarkElfLX) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@plebeian_dr @Mentok999 @RogersHelps Nope, just the lack of redundancy that allows this issue to impact this many this widely. Networks should route around problems to minimize those effected

@RogersHelps Is there an outage in #hamont in L9C 3J8??

  • SylviaBolle

@RogersHelps @Middaughsome Odd how it shows the option to cancel Crave online but when I click cancel it doesn’t actually cancel. We shouldn’t have to call and wait on hold to cancel.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Not to be rude. I’m sure your company is working on this issue. Any idea when it will be fixed? Time line?

@RogersHelps I saw one technician came infront of my house for new connection but not for my complaint. Plz take some action on ur staff and manager who didnt call me back and rogers have no info what dispatch is doing. Dont reply with sugar coated message. Improve your company structure.

@TCascagnette @RogersHelps Insane. They expect us to pay for a service that only works half the time. OR you can find a stream on the internet for free that works like a charm. No wonder why people don’t pay for cable anymore

  • ITeachTim
Tim Hewitson (He/Him) 🏳️‍🌈 (@ITeachTim) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

For over two weeks, my grandmother has spoken with over 18 @Rogers representatives to access supports to aid with her visual impairment. Each has bounced her from rep to rep & supervisor to supervisor to follow up with what they promised to do to help.

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

  • IrishmanShaner
Shane Kennedy 👨🏼‍🍳 (@IrishmanShaner) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Just heard that @Rogers @RogersHelps is “down globally”. That’s kind of a big deal, but no mention online from their teams. Or exactly what is down. #RogersDown 📱 🛰 nothing on @CBCNews or @globalnews either. So odd.

  • n8best
n8best (@n8best) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@seanholladay @petermckinnon @RogersHelps I've never waited more than 15 minutes for a response. So odd

@Rogers @RogersHelps I best be getting something knocked off my bill for this Canada wide outage! This is utter garbage that the whole wireless network can go down and you can’t/won’t do anything about it.

  • n8best
n8best (@n8best) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers I've been waiting for 2 days to get my internet, ignite TV and home phone set up at my new home and all I'm told is to keep waiting. I need internet at home for work. Someone needs to take ownership of this problem and fix it ASAP.

@Rogers #Rogers Dollar Store Internet is DOWN again in Markham on April 23rd in the middle of @NHL Playoff Overtime Games! @Rogers is a total joke! They are incapable of providing a reliable service, the only thing they are good at, is ripping off customers! 🖕

  • ilovethearts
David Finnis 🚴 (@ilovethearts) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I'm curious how @Rogers thinks dumping 10,000 employees will improve customer service. #cellphones #telecoms #CustomerComplaint

  • ggreeneyes1975
    Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported

Ok @RogersHelps @rogers I have been without access to my email for weeks. I've spent at least 2hrs on the phone with you guys trying to fix it. Can you please get someone to help? I can't get to bills, I can't get in. I am completely unable to receive the MFA. HELP.

  • Comfortcove
    Ward Pike (@Comfortcove) reported

@brar_drs @MelissaLMRogers @Rogers Rogers has gone down the toilet… Whoever is in charge now should be fired immediately and whoever is in charge of Canada’s version of securities and exchange commission should be looking at press charges against the current management regime! They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell

  • sotiredsotired
    tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported

@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.

  • villainy_scum

    @Rogers is a giant sack of ****

  • michmashed78
    Michelle Wansink (@michmashed78) reported

@RogersHelps I receive a msg to call Rogers when trying to activate wifi calling from my cell. On hold again going back and forth from eastern tech support to west. For clarity, I live and have always lived (as a rogers customer) in BC. East sent me west, west tells me I'm east account. 6hrs

  • Ferreira_nszuki
    DTAmerikka (@Ferreira_nszuki) reported

@RogersHelps does Rogers still have a retention department or do these Customer service reps take care of that?

  • the_Ancester
    theAncester (@the_Ancester) reported

@d1veNAS @Rogers Is it Rogers fiber or cable internet cause their cable internet sucks, got it once for a good deal reverted back to bell within a week

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
